"Took a deposit from me and apparently aren’t planning on returning it. Shuttle doesn’t run early enough for flights earlier than 7:30/8am. No travel breakfast available for early flights having to UBER. Coffee not even ready at 5am. NOT HAPPY!"

"The room and bathroom weren't the cleanest on this trip. The toilet had issues flushing. Staff however, was super nice. We were allowed an early check in, which was beyond helpful. "

"The host was communicative before our stay, which initially gave me confidence in the booking. However, on the day of check-in — after the scheduled check-in time — they informed me that the property was overbooked and cancelled our reservation.This left us stranded with nowhere to stay and scrambling to find last-minute accommodations in the area. We ended up having to stay at a very unsettling motel, which completely disrupted our plans and experience.Cancelling on guests after check-in time due to overbooking is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. "

"The host was very welcoming, it was a nice place to stay, loved the gated community, the only thing I would change is they should (the community not the host?) let you know ahead of time that they can only give out passes to the people that’s on the reservation, but otherwise it’s a fantastic place and I’m looking forward to using them again!"

"Owners were easy to reach and to work with little to no notice of our need. Unit was clean and affordable! Note - gated community with security was a learning curve but the guards were reachable by phone and very nice. "
