The family bathroom has a bath and separate shower. A well equipped kitchen with electric cooking, dishwasher and microwave and a dining area with enough seats for everyone. There are comfortable couches in the loungeroom along with TV and DVD, so you can enjoy a movie. Sliding doors lead out to the large deck with a bbq and outdoor setting, so you can enjoy a meal in the beautiful sunshine. Split system heating and cooling will keep you comfortable whatever the weather. With plenty of parking options available, this fully fenced property also welcomes your pet - by application only and strictly outside. \*Please note that linen is not included when booking this property\* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation. You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Great lock up area for pets. If there was or is a negative the outside of the house was need cleaning especially the windows which were some what off putting with all the bird droppings on them.
