We loved the balcony with the beautiful view. We loved the large comfortable bed. The decor was beautiful. The staff was very friendly. The only issue was a leak in the ceiling, it wasn't a big deal to us but we wanted staff to be aware, and they looked into it immediately. There wasn't really much they could do on the spot and it didn't really affect us except hearing the dripping in the night. It was easy to avoid and they placed towels to soak it up. Otherwise the property was wonderful and the included breakfast was nice.

A beautiful old palace on the Grand Canal. Breakfast was amazing! Front desk staff recommended restaurants that were out of the way and delicious! Our room was HUGE! We asked for softer pillows, and they were there waiting for us that night!!! GREAT HOTEL!!!

This is a beautiful hotel. We stayed in the Deluxe room with Canal Views. It was Amazing! I loved the room, it was very spacious, high ceilings a lot of old world character and charm. I would definitely go back again.

This hotel was excellent. The rooms are nice and big. The bathrooms are roomy. Its clean. The breakfast is good. The staff is nice and helpful. I would stay here again and reccomend it. Lots of shopping, food places, and gondola right out the door. Very walkable location.

Hotel was very comfortable and in a great location for accessing all of Venice. Near to vaporetto stop, gondolas and restaurants. Great breakfasts and staff all very helpful.

Convenient location, it is one block away from a vaporeto stop and the hotel is right on the water which is very convenient if you are taking a water taxi to and from the airport. Nicely appointed rooms, quiet and comfortable. I stayed there twice I was so happy with the convenience

Very good breakfast with some tables looking directly onto Grand Canal. Unfortunately no water, or coffee, tea or mini bar for the rooms . Excellent transport as vaporetto stop a street away . Extremely convenient location. My superior double wasnt huge but very comfortable and clean, decent bathroom and towels changed often. Good value .

This a great hotel with great location, the rooms are very clean, the staff are super friendly, the breakfast is amazing and it's a walking distance from the train station

Great location right on the Grand Canal. Lots of restaurants and a couple of bars nearby. A 10-20 minute walk or boat ride to everything there is to see in Venice. A water taxi will take you directly to the hotel and right next door is a water bus stop and a gondola station. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. The only con is the bathroom. Although huge, it's treacherous. Not sure why European bathrooms never have shower curtains or glass partitions. Water gets everywhere, on the floor, the vanity, your toiletries. The tub shower is high off the ground and very narrow, and the showerhead is so close to the wall you can barely turn around while in it. If showering is tough, do not even attempt to take a bath, it is very difficult to get up and out of when done. Floors are marble so extremely slippery when wet, which they always are. Hang on for your life when getting in and out of the tub shower.

My stay very quiet, rare for large tourist town, close to everything, gondoladiers at the front door, close to train station, San Marco square, Rialto, really great location, my room had a view of Grand Canal, great value, very very good breakfast buffet!

We checked in and everything was great, went to our room and all was good until we unfortunately found bed bugs… we were so disappointed, we notified the staff and they were great. They offered us either a different room on a different level or a stay at their sister hotel. We took the sister hotel and all was good! On a positive note The breakfast was amazing!

The hotel staff were always very friendly and helpful. They were very attentive eg at breakfast (which was excellent!) - we really enjoyed staying at Foscari and we loved the area: opening the windows in the morning and seeing the Grand Canal was a treat as was being able to walk to Cafes, shops and restaurants easily.

nice hotel on the grand canal, big room, good breakfast section, the ac didn’t cool the room (think the front desk controls the heating and cooling system temperature), hotel charged 2 euro for a 1/2 liter bottle of water stores charge 1 euro, our tub leaked water and it was dripping out of the ceiling below on to the lobby floor what a mess, right near the water buss stop
