The palace has no possibility for having an elevator, due to the construction size. Moreover, we put the information regarding the non-existence of the elevator. The rooms have different size one another, because the building was a Venetian house of XIX century and we could not extract big rooms like some other big palacies in the city.We are glad that you appreciated the style and furniture we equipped the room with to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.We assigned you with one of the biggest classic rooms we have, ehich has also the sofa inside with the rooftops view of the surroundings.We hope to welcome you again for a future visit.Best regards

Dear Mr. Stitt,This comment of yours is really offensive.The air conditioning is not on because we are in winter, where the temperatures are about 8-10 degrees. You will not find ANY hotel in Europe with air conditioning on in this season and in these temperatures. Stairs are there in all facilities in Venice having to live with high water, but I personally and my colleague Claudio have brought you every piece of your luggage to your room, so the reference to stairs seems really nonsensical to us.It is clear from your review that you would have expected an American standard Hotel, but to travel you need culture and clearly it is not for everyone.
