The hotel itself was OK. Staff were friendly, the room was clean and breakfast was good. There are no communal areas in the hotel and only one chair in the bedroom which wasn’t really suitable for relaxing on. The bedrooms are OK but look better in the photos than in reality. I would stay in the hotel again if it had more seats in the bedroom and was in a different location. The hotel is on the island of Murano and everything closes at 5:00. there was only one, pricy restaurant to eat in. Everything else was closed and it’s like a ghost town. Not even a bar for a drink. I would recommend staying on the main Venice island nearer to the popular areas for a better evening experience.

Property in the style of authentic Venetian lovely views of the water and courtyard featuring olive trees. Didn't like the number of stairs to our room. Especially as my partner as mobility problems.

Room dirty, we couldn't use fan as it made too much noise, in fact the lady in charge knocked on our room & told us to turn it off was making too much noise!!! There was no ice available, whole area closed at 5pm so no where to eat after that!!! It was rated 5plus I wouldn't even give it a 2!!!!

Sorry for the fan that has failed, we are replacing it. the room however is equipped with air conditioning which works well and which you used. We delivered the room clean and you SPECIFICALLY requested that you do not want the daily cleaning done, which we do on all the rooms. The only dirty ones are you. Murano after 5 pm she is not dead

Great hotel in a great location
The staff were very friendly and helpful. No problem leaving luggage for a few hours before departure in the reception. The room was quite large, with a nice workspace and large wardrobe. Quiet and peaceful. The bed was a bit uncomfortable for my back, however. Good wifi.

Excellent situation, 200m from Faro vaporetto stop. Good breakfast - basic but more than adequate. Murano is quieter than elsewhere in Venice so it was peaceful most evenings.

Not The Best Choice
This hotel is more like a rooming house. There is no office, doors are locked at 5pm, the only way to communicate is through email which is not returned in a timely manner. Breakfast was so so, nothing special at all. The area is a normal day trip from Venice so very few options for dinner or evening activities. I would stay in Venice proper is given the opportunity again.

It seemed more a 9 bedroom B+B than a full hotel, but it was just fine for the night I wished to stay on Murano. I was given a spacious room with a generous shower room. Of the three hotels I stayed in on this trip to Italy, it was the only one to have a kettle in the room. The front door is a beautiful example of glasswork. I would happily mention this hotel to any friend wishing to stay on Murano.

Easy to get from airport to Mariano 8euro on public water bus. Hotel was small but nice lovely big bathroom did the job. Not much happening at night on this island but again a easy water taxi to main island and no issues getting back as the public water taxi runs 25/7. Enjoyed the few days I stayed

It was very small. It was clean and a ceiling fan and air condition. bathroom was small and shower was small. Ok for average person but a larger person may have trouble. Hot water takes some time.

Lovely staff, great breakfast but room soulless.
Room 6 very disappointing. Twin beds squashed together with no space to spare. No resemblemce to the photo on website. Otherwise, clean room with adequate shower and facilities. Great breakfast but whole place needs an update. Murano in September was dead. Much better to find a hotel in Venice but difficult to find en suite.

Nice hotel coveniently very very close to Venice.
I liked everything, proximity to Venice, the silence at night, the great staff and small number of guest due to only a few rooms. Always availabe to help and the cofortable and clean rooms.

Pleasantly surprised.
Lovely little hotel in a nice part of Murano. Super nice owner. Only 10 minutes by boat from Venice. Other than the mattresses and slow WiFi - everything was perfect. Grazie ))

Very nice well presented hotel. Good quality clean linen - excellent night's sleep. Had communicated with hotel prior to arrival to advise late check-in and an entry code was given with keys left on the desk - all worked perfectly. Elvio courteous and efficient in his communications. Breakfast very good with mouth-wateringly fresh bread and pastries.

when we arrived we were told our now wasn't ready ,asked to use the toilet and were shown to a dirty mosquitos infested room,when we came back at 3pm after visiting Venice we were told we couldn't have a coffee or drink unless we purchased food .our room was no 6 a room outside in the court yard which needed so work on it as it as the shower didn't work and bathroom was in a bad state very disappointing visit

Far from main city Venice and from the airport.
Ok place to stay only if you want to be at Murano. Otherwise, is too far from Venice, and from the airport. Room and bath was too small. We had to carry heavy suitcases to top floor, no bell boy works there. No reception service after 7pm.
