Excellent value for money 3 star hotel greatly located in Venice. Staff really lovely, good bathroom amenities and clean facilities. You can't go wrong with that one!

An actual affordable hotel a 15 minute walk from the Rialto Bridge, with a surprisingly good breakfast and large, clean rooms. Some very good out of the way restaurants nearby too (baccaretto). Highly recommended.

Great hotel which was only a ten minute walk from Rialto Bridge, (which is the easiest way to get across to St Mark’s Square and other attractions). Clean room, friendly helpful staff. Room was a tad too warm for us, (temperature gauge on the wall didn’t seem to work), but we just opened a window at night which gave us a lovely breeze into the room. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Had a great first time visit and stay in Venice, The hotel was very comfortable and the staff very accommodating and helpful, The bed was very comfortable and the hotel a short stroll to St Michaels Square..

Great place and location
This hotel is right in the heart of all Venice has to offer! Very old, but quaint and comfortable. We stayed in the junior suite which was perfect for my family. Hotel staff were accommodating and friendly. Breakfast very good too! We were supposed to stay 2 nights but unfortunately our flight the day prior was cancelled. The gentleman made sure to make an extra invoice for me to submit to the airlines.

Great stay
We loved the stay there, the rooms are old style but totally worth it for a 3 star. The breakfast didn’t have much variety and can get a bit monotonous in some days but everything else was great

Absolutely love our stay here! The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful! Great breakfast spread and walking distance to everything that was on our bucket list in Venice. Hotel was safe and quiet, would definitely recommend!

Staff and breakfast was excellent, our room on second floor canal side had lovely decor, high ceiling and comfy bed. Solid 4.5! Only problem was Internet connection. Wifi only worked in one corner of our room.

Hotel is unique and historic but maintained well. All staff are excellent! Everybody was helpful and made sure we had the right info to ride the vaporetto/bus out to the airport.

Hotel location is very convenient for water transportation at the San Stae station, pretty easy to get from Venice airport or Venice train station. Hotel property is very clean and room was very charming. Highlight was the breakfast and the very friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommended for a stay in Venice.

The staff at the property was very friendly. The room was absolutely lovely and the hotel was so easy to get to. It wasn’t in the main section of town but was only about a 10 minute walk past lots of restaurants to the Rialto Market. Breakfast in the courtyard was very special and the food was good.

Excellent Venetian Hotel
The hotel was just right for us. It's Venetian style and vibe were outstanding. The included breakfast was great The hotel's location near the vaporetto stop was so handy and yet it was easy to walk to many of the tourist sites. Our hosts, Walter and Sandro, were so helpful and accomodating.

Wonderful stay in Venice
We enjoyed our stay very much. For a family of 4, our room was quite spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very courteous. The breakfast was excellent - something for everyone. The location is easy to get to from the train station. It is a short walk to all the sites, but also nice to be in a quieter part of the city. Would recommend!

We absolutely adore this property and the owners and staff. The hotel is very clean and the to the owners and staff are very kind and helpful. The hotel is also right next to a water bus that can take you to the train or bus well as other areas. We really loved our stay here and would definitely come again.

Had a great stay at this well-located property. The Beds were awesome. The Breakfast was a surprise with so many options to eat and so many staff members ensuring everything is in place. Would have liked to see couple comfortable chairs in the room.

This is old-school Venice; warm, welcoming room, courtyard, and accoutrements. Our hosts were friendly, knowledgable and helpful. The staff was lovely and served a wonderful breakfast; attentive without being intrusive. It's also very near what became our favorite restaurant, Muretto. Beware the spritzers! It's very close to the water taxi; but, aside from coming and going, we walked. And, whether you want a short walk or long, it's close to so very much. Even meandering the streets, seeing centuries-old buildings and adornments is magnificently satisfying.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, though only 2 nights. (From the vaporetti boat stop it's approximately 50 feet to the hotel.) This is a small, quiet charming hotel with helpful staff and delicious breakfast. It's about a 15 minute walk to the main tourist area. Room was clean and comfortable (very nice bathroom).

Amazing front room staff / staff in general - so friendly & helpful. Location perfect, first stop on the river boat from the main train station - then a 10/15 minute lovely walk through the main parts of Venice to main attractions in Venice.
