The best thing about this place was the location, close to Spanish Steps and other attractions. However, I was very disappointed with the apartment itself. The pictures shown online are not a reflection of the apartment I was given. Also, be aware! This is an apartment, not a hotel. The wifi was really bad, it took me hours to check in for my flight back. The TV channels were all in Italian, which the exception of one channel which was showing old TV shows all day. No CNN, HBO, nothing like that; not even Netflix. The dishwasher was broken. The advertised Espresso Maker is an Italian coffee maker that makes one cup of coffee on the stop top and the rubber inside was falling apart. The bed was extremely hard, and when I say hard I mean very hard! Also very hard pillows. When we first arrived to Venice we were contacted by the real estate agency that manages the apartment and a very nice man took us to the apartment on foot. However, once we arrived we were on our own. We went for a walk and when we came back we could not open the door, we tried and tried, but the door would not open. I called the real estate agency and I began speaking in English and the call was cut off. I tried to call back many times but my call was never answered again. We finally find out that in order to open the very old door we had to pull and then turn the key, so we were finally able to open the door. I enjoyed my stay in Venice very much, but next time I will definitely book a hotel.
