A Nice Hidden Hotel
The person at the front desk, John was very welcoming and gave us a lot of information where we can go and the use of Venice canal transport system. The hotel was nice and clean and situated close to everything we need i.e. the Venice Central Station, the water bus stop, eating, and shopping. The location is hidden from the crowd, so it was quiet. What is not quiet is that when someone check-in to the room adjacent to us we were bothered when people were talking and constant banging of doors when they go in or out of the room. Seems like the rooms were not designed to have proper sound proofing. The room would have been really nice except for the bulky, low bed frame that they use. It was bulky and have corners everywhere that its hard to move around the bed. I had my toes and shins hurt so many times, bumping to the bed frame. If not for the noisy neighbor and the bulky bed frame, I would have given this hotel a five star. By the way, the hotel is hidden through a tunnel.
