Davide, the host was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, the very best I had in my entire vacation. The room was huge and a few issues with the temperature but Davide was helpful. It’s not soundproof, so earplugs were necessary. But the room clean and I felt safe as a solo traveler.

Very comfortable and spacious room
Nice space for 2 nights in Venice. We had the first floor large room. It was spacious and comfortable. Basic but had all we needed. Small shower with hot water and great pressure. Computable bed. Although we didn’t use but there is a Table and chairs if wanted to have a meal. Small refrigerator. Breakfast was nice with good coffee but heavy on carbs, but no complaints from us. Davide was very personable and attentive to our requests. Very easy to walk from this B&B to restaurants, water taxi and other sites. Definitely recommended.

The property had a nice breakfast service and had a great supply of hot water. It also came with a nice addition of mosquitoes, I stayed in contact with the manager as I had to request towels for every new day. The mattresses gave me a nice feeling of pain in my back, made me feel alive. Don’t expect to sleep if you are on the bottom floor, if the mosquitoes don’t keep you awake, the constant slamming of the entry door, people walking in the room above and the countless conversations in the entry will keep you awake and up to date with local troubles. Please assume everyone can here you also and expect dirty looks at breakfast. Emphasis on the mosquitoes.

I’ve chosen this place for my birthday trip and mentioned it to the owner. The room we received was worse than on pictures. It was really cold and we had only one thin blanket for a couple, I’ve asked for another one and never received it. All COVID measures were maintained strictly and stuff was friendly. The breakfast was small but coffee was good. The location is nice.

Nice homey B&B
Beautiful room, nicely decorated and big in size, breakfast was pretty good, homemade Capuccino by owner was a plus. Location is 20-25 minutes walk from Train Station. It’s a little hard if you have heavy luggage with wheels as you have to go over 4 or 5 bridges with stairs, besides that the place was perfect.

Bnb Al palazetto
Bnb Al palazetto was a beautiful place, we stayed during the aqua Alta and the highest floods Venice had had in 60 years but were made to feel comfortable and at home within the bnb. The rooms were beautiful and the location was perfect, close enough to everything that nothing was too much of a journey.

The property wasn’t clean. I had hard time sleeping, taking shower and overall it was not clean and comfortable. Some issues to mention: broken tea-maker, clogged pipe in the shower. The staff were nice; But unfortunately you see respect only when you enter the property; once you hand out the keys, they will let you carry your baggage with you one/two floors taking the stairs without offering any help. I was really disappointed.

Well the place was comfortable, thou at first we couldn't get in but after that all was good- Staff was nice, thou they limit you on supplies, great food and enjoy that the manager brought us cafe 1st thing in the morning....friendly staff and guests - definitely recommend this place!

This B and B was clean, comfortable, quiet and unique. Good location. It was too hot outside to take advantage of the rooftop deck, even late at night. The breakfast was fine, not exceptional. We had to leave early to catch a train and therefore missed the breakfast time. It would have been nice if they had offered us a piece of fruit and a roll for the road.

Big bedroom with ample space for family of 4. Both bedroom and bathroom were clean with towels and linen changed daily. Wonderful morning breakfast with fresh croissants, fruits and fantastic coffee. Davide was a great host. Check-in was easy despite our flight being delayed. He also allowed us to store our luggages in the house for a few hours on the last day prior to our departure. Highly recommend this B&B.

It was a wonderful little place to stay. The breakfast was yummy, the room was clean, the private bathroom was also very clean, the location was very convenient. It was about a 15 minute walk to St. Marks Square and a 20 minute walk to the train station. Overall, we were very happy with the place.

This B & B was in a fabulous area, walkable from the bus and train station. It is a wonderful old building with excellent hosts. Good WiFi , lovely breakfast and nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend to all. We stayed with my partner and 2 teenagers and it was just what we needed.

This is an amazing place, right in the heart of Venice. It's an easy 2 min walk from the N 1 boat stop. It's a family that runs the place and they are very nice and helpful. Would stay there again

The B&B is very close to the city center, but is in a super silent part of the town. My room was more than spacious, I would say very large. Room and bathroom very clean. Great comfort, for sure.

Great B&B in an excellent location, really close to the Ca’d’oro and Fondamente Nove Vaporetto stops so ideal for exploring. The owner was helpful and friendly; room was well appointed and couldn’t really fault anything! Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant Location!
Hotel was in a perfect location, situated on a quiet side street just off Strada Nova. Rialto bridge and St Marks square both around 15-20 minutes walk (providing you don't get sidetracked and get lost!) Lots of restaurants, souvenir and clothes shops near by. Our room was on the first floor of the hotel, just at the side of the breakfast room. It was basic but very clean and a perfect base. It had all the amenities we needed, kettle, fridge, tv, hairdryer and a safe in the bottom of the wardrobe. Breakfast was simple but enough there to get you started for the day. Cereals, pastries, cold meats, coffee and juice.

Quiet spot in Venice
In a city where everything is tourist focused, this B&B is a great escape from it. Two blocks and a bridge away from a busy street, the B&B is in an extremely calm and quiet area. The rooms are very spacious (the biggest I have stayed in) and they're what you'd expect from centuries old buildings in a Venetian canal. The service is very good and the breakfast is excellent. It's a great choice for staying in Venice itself.

Great clean hotel with huge rooms
We had a great stay at B&B Palazetto. The hotel was easy to locate and a short walk from the ferry drop off. The room was huge and clean. Breakfast included fresh croissants, with sliced cheese and meats. Overall this is a great place at a great price. I would stay here again. Bonus that the area is peaceful yet a short distance from Shops, restraunts etc.

Convenient Canareggio
This B&B is an excellent value. Canareggio is less crowded than San Marco, and somewhat easier to find one's way in. It is within a 15-minute walk of the Fondamente Nove vaparetto terminal between Canareggio and the Marco Polo Airport--a plus. David, the proprietor, is personable, informative, and helpful. Breakfast was quite good and the place was kept immaculate.
