Terrible experience. I didn’t had heating for two days!! They justify in front desk that they are not the problem. That nobody could go to fix it. They couldn’t give me another room. Until the third day they fix it. And that same day I fall down because it was a broken chair in my table at breakfast. Terrible experience. I have a surgery in my back. And what it’s worst. They only came but say nothing and didn’t ask me later if I was ok. I had to explain them how are my conditions of my back. And they didn’t clean my room the first day.

Great little hotel a very short walking distance from St Mark’s ferry stop. Was happy not to have to schlep my suitcases around the maze of alleys that is Venice! Good breakfast and comfy beds. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

This cute, small hotel is a gem! The location is fabulous; right by the Vaporetto stop. The hotel room is very tastefully decorated and with a kettle and a mini fridge. Excellent buffet breakfast. Extremely helpful front deck staff. I stayed 6 nights total. Highly recommended this hotel.

Excellent location, good value budget hotel.
A reasonable budget hotel. Breakfast was a good continental choice, 3 meats, cheese, hard boiled eggs, toast, bread rolls, cereals, yoghurt, pastries. Rooms have been refurbished to a reasonable standard and includes a small minibar fridge which is useful to keep your own drinks or milk in. Unfortunately the bathrooms have not been refurbished and they are in need of some tlc. Great location being 30 metres from the water front, 2 minutes from San Marco and the Doges Palace and a selection of bars, restaurants, shops and snack bars at the end of the alley. Overall good value for money for a 3 star hotel in an excellent location.

This is a gem of a hotel! Perfectly situated; close to water bus stop, St. Marc’s square, and many attractions. Lovely decor rooms, recent renovation, nice breakfast buffet, super helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Place to Stay
Loved our stay at this place. Everything went well. The front desk staff were all friendly and professional. The breakfast was terrific- not just a pastry & coffee that so many other places claim as breakfast. The location was perfect for us - 5 minutes from the waterbus station. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The place was quiet too, especially with the soundproof window closed. Just two knocks: 1) the wi-fi was very spotty, even a few feet difference in the room resulted in no signal; 2) the placement and nature of the room lighting was not ideal. Each side of the bed had a reading lamp, but the lamp shade was dark and the light so dim you couldn't read.

Excellent hotel. Very well located, just a block from St. Marks. Breakfast is excellent too. We got there early and they let us check in 3 hours before time. Room has a good size and bathroom is very spacious. Thanks to Filipo (sorry for spelling) who was extremely helpful and attentive. If I have chance to go back I would stay here again.
