Plot of 750m2, with a house of 200m2 of the year 2007. It has a private pool, barbecue, 3 parking spaces. 250m from the beach, pharmacy and bus stop. At 1.5km from the Añoreta golf course.
Garden of lawn, ideal to play with children to soccer, voleyball, badmington. The pool, integrated in the same garden, has a security fence for children

A lovely family villa, perfect for Kids

Enrique has been brilliant all the way through with fantastic contact. The Villa itself was very clean, large kitchen and utility area, spacious fridge and freezer which was great as we didn't eat out much so had plenty of storage for food. The bedrooms had air conditioning. The WiFi was good. We didn't use the TV as it was Spanish. The Pool area was lovely, really safe with the gate meaning you could let the kids run around outside and not worry about them around the pool. About a 5/6min walk down to the beach, but walking back was a little longer as it is uphill! But good exercise! There is a lovely restaurant at the bottom called Bar Tolo which had really lovely food and cheap drinks. Also there was a shop which sold everything you could imagine! All in all a great location, only 15 mins to the next big town and 25mins from the airport. We would visit again definitely.
