"ResidHotel Prado is a good budget option. I’ve stayed here several times. The beds are a little tired but I like the fact that the rooms have kitchenettes, bathrooms are renovated nicely with great water pressure for the showers. I enjoy it’s location, it’s secure, the neighborhood is safe with several public transit options to get around the city and bus connection to all of the beaches, and it’s a quieter option than staying in the center which is easy to get to on foot, tram or metro."

"The staff cleaned our room and refreshed our towels only once during our 9-night stay. We had to ask for some toilet paper rolls every few days. Our room and bed were large and we even had a small kitchenette which was nice. The staff is friendly and helpful."

"Very basic property with all-white, but large, room - no decoration of any kind. Everything works quite well and the staff is pleasant and supportive. The breakfast is very good for the price: egg boiler; lightest ever croissants, otherwise basic stuff. Best advantage is proximity to the train station. Balcony is nice, but only a tree to see. "

"I stayed in Marseille for one night and in Paris for 6. I wish I could go back and flip these times just for the hotel alone! This hotel was spacious and clean. The amenities are awesome. Stove, utensils, pots and pans, and microwave are all provided. There's also a towel warmer in the bathroom which was a great perk. There was a working elevator, air conditioning, and beautiful views out the window. Friendly and helpful staff too. I would absolutely stay here again. "

"The apartments are clean and functional, they have everything you need to a basic stay, cooking and cleaning! The property and facilities are alittle dated and our shower riser didn’t work so we had to balance the shower head to clean! The beds were reasonably comfy and they do also provide duvets should you wish! Was far too hot for me when we stayed. On checking in the staff did speak alittle English which made checking in easier as my French isn’t great! There is a communal washer and drier...

"The location is not prime if you are focused on the DuPont/port area. we picked it for having parking garage, balcony, extra room and a small pleasant courtyard. It was a good choice for those reasons. There is a street market 2 blocks away, multiple grocery stores as well are close by. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pictures show a bit better than actual. I would stay again, and the price was reasonable for the place. "

"Location was good, about 25 mins (mainly uninspiring) walk from the historic centre. Car parking was free outside, or €5 inside. Bed comfortable, good shower. Kitchenette area was perfect if you're looking to have your own food, as we were. Staff friendly."

"This was a great location for our trip around Aix en Provence. Super friendly and helpful staff, we only communicated online and with the check in being so easy, we felt at home right away. My partner and I stayed for a weekend to travel to Marseille and local areas, we had a hire car so the parking availability was perfect. In the end we really appreciated the value of this stay and the quiet location where it was. The room was everything we needed for our weekend adventure, somewhere to relax...

"The hotel was perfectly located to the stadium for the rugby. The hotel was clean, the staff especially Kamel were friendly, helpful, polite and professional. The breakfast was great! The room was spacious and had a separate toilet. The shower and bath were great. The products in the bathroom were lovely. "

"It was our 1st time in Aix-en-Provence, and we didn't know what to expect regarding the city and moving around. We searched for a clean place with a kitchenette and parking facilities, so we could drive to different places. This hotel is not centric to the city, as it would take about 10-15 minutes driving by some backroads to get to the center of Aix and then finding a parking garage nearby. Rooms are kind of small. There is not an elevator, so the luggage has to be lifted through the stairs....

"We stayed for 10 days and highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a great location It's near the Velodrome, local restaurants, steps from transit stops and within a 35 minute walk of the Old Port. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure."

"Had a family room on the top floor with a large balcony. Room very clean and spacious. Corridors a little run down but no problem really. Staff welcoming, helpful and friendly. Bed very comfortable, room quiet. Blackout curtains, good kitchenette with fridge, microwave and dishwasher. We did not have breakfast. Close to town and bus and rail. Bowling accross street. Street parking reasonable. Would stay again"
