7.8/10 Good! (7 reviews)
Just don't. Your booking will say that room/unit will be guaranteed for late arrival, but they will re-sell your room if you don't call them before 7pm. They will not refund your money and they will offer you (if you are lucky) room of a size of broom closet. They have no idea how to honor and respect customers, they are greedy and dishonest. This is review of the management, not the property. Too many years ahead of them to learn about how to run business post communism. You are nothing to them as a client. They are always right and you are always wrong. We just left after they treated us with disrespect. Expedia refunded our payment. Be aware! Now let see how they will defend themselves and threaten me again. Just don't!

As I was checking out early they’d offered a breakfast bag which I said yes to, but when I showed up the next morning the person in reception ..."

Now that we've partnered with online lender Klarna, it's easier than ever to book a terrific getaway without hurting your hip pocket. Klarna offers flexible payment options during the checkout process that take the stress out of budgeting for your break. Consider one of these flexible payment options:
- Pay monthly holidays: Make your holiday dreams come true sooner with Klarna's manageable monthly instalment plans. If paying bite-sized amounts each month works for you, choose this option at checkout.
- Pay in instalments holidays: With this Book Now, Pay Later option, Klarna makes it easy to pay off your trip across multiple transactions.
- Low deposit holidays: If paying a small percentage of your getaway (rather than the full total upfront) makes it easier to click that "book now" button, go for a low deposit holiday payment plan from Klarna.
