Very clean, air-conditioned and peaceful. The hospitality of the owner was great. She was very kind and greeted us upon arrival. Overall, my stay at Family Villa was great. I look forward to booking again to stay in the near future. The apartment is close to the beach, shops, restaurants, pharmacy and about a 45min drive to San Juan. Very great location. The only issues i had was the checkin instructions not being specific and there only being an AC in the bedroom and not in the common area. The other small issue i had was many people driving passed the house with music blasting in the early hours (was not in host control). Other than that great stay, small cozy room enough to sleep at least 4\. It is 45mins-1 hours away from San Juan, and much further from other attractions, so if you plan on being in San Juan majority of your time i recommend you getting a place there. ##### Soraya A. This stay was not what we expected, there was an electricity problem in our room, that made the breaker trip over seven times, and we had to reset the circuit breaker box over and over, even in the middle of the night for the use of a CPAP machine.
