Elle est situé à proximité des commerces de Vaux et du parc de la mairie. Voisins calmes, très calmes... Mais quelques améliorations seraient nécessaires pour permettre des séjours agréables : -Faire une sbd fonctionnelle, nous avons passé 2 semaines avec un lavabo bouché malgré la visite d'un plombier, aucune réparation n'a eu lieu -Isolation phonique ! La rue est très passante, donc réveil avant 8h tlj. -Pour la cuisine, une hotte serait utile pour éviter que la vapeur et les odeurs ne restent dans la pièce principale ; et un peu plus de vaisselle (assiettes) car à trois c'était une tournée lave vaisselle par jour...gaspillage -Une clim... quand il fait chaud nous devons choisir entre courant d'air + bruit de la rue + moustiques ou ... avoir chaud.
