We were left needing overnight accommodation due to issues on the tunnel crossing, so we booked this hotel right at the last minute.
There were four of us, and so having the ability to have us all in one room was ideal. Being a dog friendly hotel was also a huge bonus, being as we were travelling with our pets.
We paid a very reasonable rate for a last-minute stay, including a fantastic breakfast the next morning.
We were also travelling in a large 4x4 vehicle with a roof box, so we needed unrestricted height parking; another huge advantage to this property.
If we needed another overnight stay somewhere not too far from the border, this would be my first option in the future.

"New property that still needs work on its surroundings etc. Breakfast ok but not as good as the one at the ibis calais ferry terminal. Room was cleaned before we left whilst we had breakfast so we made one towel dirty again abd had more running fir bin. So not a ecological as ibis would like to be. ..."
