Calmness - a place to relax in. All the amenties I need, above all, a comfortable clean bed. A good base for Avignon and the Vaucluse region. Lots of good connections as Avignon is a transport hub.

Enjoyable stay. Within a short walk to historical centre of Avignon. For those with transport, easy access to Avignon South & onto Aix, Alpilles, Arles, Carpentras, Cavaillon, Luberon and many other places.

There is no luggage storage, public toilets or even a common space for you to relax. If you arrive early and already expect that there'll be no reception, do not even expect to wait inside comfortably. The sink in the kitchen could not even drain. For our five-night stay, our room was only cleaned once on our second day. Housekeeping just changed the bed sheets but not the trash bag. Toiletry was not refilled and we ran out of toilet paper on our second last day and could ask no one to refill them at late night.

We did not stay in this hotel. When we got there the office was closed and we couldn't even get in the building. We had to book another hotel. We went back the next day and the reception told us they had sent instructions to get into the appartment but they were in French which we could not read. She said she would cancel our booking and refund our money but advised us to contact you to confirm. We tried the contact number on the booking form but couldn't get through. This is the first opportunity we have had to contact you. Please consider this our request for a refund. We will contact you again when we return to Australia. Cheers Sam Wilson

With Avignon booked out for the Festival, we had few options. This is a bare bones place, a fair distance from the center of town. That said, the room was clean, things worked as they should, and the staff was very helpful. One warning is that the office is closed during the early afternoon so when they say you can't check in before your check-in time, they mean that you can't even get into the building or leave your bags.

We arrived to being unable to get in our room for 20 mins due to the key needing to be forced in and with no reception on Sunday's nobody to help but managed in the end was disappointed to see only one bed as when I booked I thought it was a double bed plus a sofa bed but no apparently only one and I looked on description on hotel and it says double bed and underneath it says sofa bed which is ambiguous to say the least and very misleading. The room was in need of a makeover but despite this I did find it clean however my friend and I did both have lots of bites all over us which may have been down to the bed I don't know as there were no knats or anything. Generally it was ok place to stay for the money apart from the bites.

Comfortable Place for Family Stay
The photos of this apartment are accurate. I had lower expectation of this place and hence brought along lots of things to improve my stay. But we never get to use them at all. Despite the reviews I gathered online, there was dish liquid (with a brand new sponge), shower curtain and toilet paper etc. There even was a standing fan though the airconditioning is also working. Sure the coffee pot was dirty and some plates were only rinsed but not scrubbed, I just chose not to use them. I used one new pot to cook everything and boil water. It works. There's no housekeeping during the stay but they surely thoroughly clean the rooms between each guest (probably more thorough than a lot of starred hotels). The apartment manager is very accommodating. He arranged things to make his guests feel appreciated. It is not a starred hotel but it's a comfortable place for extended family stay. Regarding the location, it's convenient to get to the train station with a bus stop right outside. When the weather isn't too hot (or cold), it's also nice to just walk about 10-15 mins to the walled Avignon city (more like a town actually). Needless to say, I am satisfied with my stay.

It is a considerable hotel to stay.
The hotel is not bad to stay for a short term provided your have own transport. If you realize on public transport, it is not an idea hotel for you. The location is not far away from city. The condition of the hotel is acceptable. Please note that if you want to check in on Sunday or after office hour, you make sure you have mobile phone with you. There is no reception or anyone to assist you....

A avignon pour les affaires. Covid et couvre feu, donc soirée et nuit à l'hôtel. Confortable, pratique, manque un peu d'équipements. En ces temps difficiles, obligé de manger dans la chambre! Un four en plus du micro ondes serait apprécié.

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble
Le séjour s'est bien passé dans l'ensemble. Tout était bien. Les seuls reproches que nous ayons sont les suivants : - l'établissement qui retire le loyer de la semaine alors que nous avons payé plus cher pour régler sur place. - La télé qui coupait assez régulièrement

L’absence de wifi à rendu plus difficile mon séjour dont l’organisation dépendait d’un accès à Internet aisé et fonctionnel. Les horaires d’ouverture de l’accueil sont également très restreints et peu communiqués dans la page d’accueil. Ce qui a engendré des contraintes supplémentaires. La surface de la chambre est correcte mais le lit est très rudimentaire car il s’agit d’un canapé clic lac sommaire ce qui ne facilite pas le confort et le repos. La présence d’un coin cuisine et d’un frigo a été apprécié en raison de la chaleur extérieure. La salle de bains était confortable et propre. La climatisation bruyante et particulièrement peu efficace. L’accueil a été agréable, serviable et utile. Au total le séjour a été facilité par la localisation proche du centre et la possibilité de stationner facilement.

Mr nous sommes encore désoler pour cette panne de WIFI qui nous a également beaucoup pénalisé pour le bon fonctionnement de l’établissement. pour la climatisation nous sommes en train de changer tous les convecteurs pour votre bien être. en espérant vous revoir très bientôt et encore désoler pour les petits désagréments. cordialement . Le studio 18m2 que vous avez réservé au tarif de 45€ la nuit est notre plus petit produit, nous vous invitons à revenir une prochaine fois pour découvrir nos T1 et T2. Concernant le canapé lit, cela est pourtant bien mentionné sur les sites de réservations en ligne et nous sommes actuellement en train de préparer la rénovation de tous les appartements ainsi que du mobilier. Le quartier où nous sommes situés est proche du centre-ville et nous n'avons jamais eu de plaintes pour quelconque incidents. Nous espérons sincèrement vous revoir au sein de notre résidence KOSY Appart'hôtels La Salamandre.

Отель понравился, для нас оказался очень удобным. Планировали ездить втроем, поэтому по Франции выбирали отели сети Премьер Класс и Ибис бюджет, но в итоге поехали вдвоем и это отель по деньгам оказался немного дороже бюджетных отелей, но намного удобнее. Больше места в номере, небольшая кухня со всем необходимым (хороший набор посуды), чайник, даже кофеварка -- все было. Номер чистый, кровати удобные, звукоизоляция хорошая, по крайней мере нам никто не мешал. Расположение хорошее, можно дойти до старого города пешком или доехать 2-3 остановки на автобусе. После выселения оставили вещи на стойке регистрации, правда там работают с перерывом, но мы уложились. Все понравилось.

des amenagements à revoir... ascenceur de 8/10 p mais limité à 2 pour des raisons de sécurité.avec une affiche deja ancienne... on croit rever... et le contrat de maintenance... des douches avec un robinet sans mitigeur qui éclabousse partout idem robinet cuisine...un ballon d'eau chaude de taille demesurée on se demande pourquoi... ah si pour permettre de se cogner chaque fois qu'on veut lever la lunette...un canapé dont on sent les lattes...que je n'oserai pas offrir à des personnes n'ayant pas dormi depuis 1 semaine... et tout cela pour 101 € la nuit plus 7 € de parking... l'an prochain j'irai 2 km plus loin et pour moins cher j'aurais un hôtel digne de ce nom...
