Lovely Hotel in an ideal location for tourists.

Posted 17-Aug-2017
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was great, room was comfortable and clean, good location.
Cons: TV available in other languages, even if just subtitles. Pay extra for the view, please ensure that the view is significant.
Location: 15 minute walk from the Vatican, 30 minute to Castel St Angelo and bridge over Tiber River, next door to a great restaurant.
This was a lovely little hotel, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The location meant you were not too close to all the nightlife, but only a 15minute walk from the Vatican. It was clean, breakfast was fantastic and had everything you needed to be comfortable for a night before another busy day of tourism. If I had to complain about anything, it was that we paid extra for a Vatican view from our room but this did not live up to our expectations. To see the Vatican we had to go out on to the balcony and look to our right, from there you could just about see the top of St Peter's Basillica. Also, the TV (which to be fair was a complimentary feature), was only available in Italian and unfortunately the English subtitles didn't work so we couldn't watch TV at all whilst staying. This is minor though given we spent so much time touring round and enjoying Rome. These issues aside though, I would not have any problem pointing people to this Hotel for staying at and I would use them again happily, I just wouldn't bother paying extra for the view.

Ideal city hotel

Posted 11-Aug-2017
Pros: The staff and how clean it was. Very handy for the centre.
Cons: Maybe a cooked breakfast.
Location: Ideally located main bus route, train station within a ten minute walk. And the Vatican is only a 20 minute walk.
Stayed at this hotel for four nights. Perfect for those who wish to be close to the city but close enough away to be peaceful. Major bus route meant that the centre of rome was within 15 minutes. The staff were first class and the rooms adequate.

Close to Vatican City, super nice staff!

Posted 05-Aug-2017
The breakfast buffet lacked variety and a majority of the choice was sweeter baked goods such as muffins - which wasn't as appetising. However, the hotel was overall really good. The staff were exceptionally nice and communicated well and let us keep our luggage before check-in and even after check-out. It was clean and despite the rooms being small - cosy and modern!

Nice Hotel Close to the Vatican.

Posted 23-Jul-2017
Had a good time while I stayed there the hotel staff where nice and helpful with all my questions. The only thing I didn't like was that the room was really small and the shower area was tiny. The food at the hotel was really good and comes included with your stay. Really close within 3 miles of Romes main tourist spots, restaurants, train station.

Pros: Mostly the price and staff
Cons: Nothing
I would always book this hotel close to the Vatican and very good restaurants, staff could not do enough for you. Kept clean and very welcoming, the price is very good for Rome, will be booking again for next year

Several hidden fees. Stay away!!!!!!!!

Posted 11-Jul-2017
We booked this hotel to be close to the Vatican and ended up paying an extra $120 euros. It wasn't for breakfast and it wasn't for room service. Turned out to be for cleaning our 2 rooms and a huge city tax. Stay away!!!!!!!!!

Plumbing was noisy & there was a drainage smell.

Posted 14-Jun-2017
Pros: The hotel staff and the driver's who picked me up & took me back to the airport, were all very nice and polite people.,
Cons: The hotel needs soundproofing as I was being disturbed early in the morning. The plumbing and drainage smell in the bathroom needs to be improved.
Location: A local restaurant nearby was excellent and it was convenient to have a beautiful church near the hotel.
Misleading advertising that the hotel was within the Vatican Walls!! Spent money on cabs, but should have been told by the hotel staff, that I could walk to Vatican City in 15 minutes, I was advised to take a bus which I did once, but it took too long and i was squashed in with other people.

Quiet hotel

Posted 09-Jun-2017
Pros: Modern, clean, friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Better breakfast to include a toaster to make toast. Maybe some fresh fruit. More storage for clothes in the room. Shelving needed in the bathroom
Location: Near to the Vatican. Supermarket beside hotel. Public transport around the corner.
We stayed for 5 days and enjoyed it all. Close to the Vatican. Beautiful city.
