Good first impression with a nice warm welcome from staff. Common areas were nice and felt new. Room decor felt a bit dated. Nice evening buffet and breakfast.

Convenient, friendly and value for money
Convenient, comfortable, central, friendly helpful staff and a light buffet style evening meal is included in the price. This was so perfect for our needs as we were attending a business seminar and we didn’t have to worry about finding a restaurant, waiting for a table and waiting for a meal. More time for relaxing in the hotels bar and reception area. We keep coming back to this hotel.

Great hotel with breakfast and dinner included
This is a great hotel. The room is smallish but clean and neat and the service is great. They go out of their way to make your stay better. They allowed me to check in early without extra charge. All rooms include free breakfast and free dinner and the buffet-style meals are pretty awesome. There is also 24-hour fruit available. I would definitely stay here again.

Wide, clean, and bright
stayed in the midsummer. sunny, wide and clean room, kind staff, excellent. I understand only fan was provided, and no fridge because here was north Europe. Thank you for the nice breakfast.

Das Hotel liegt in der Stadtmitte, kein eigenen Parkplatz man kann im Parkhaus Punkt parken was nicht ganz billig ist, die Zimmer wurden nur gereinigt wenn man dem Personal bescheid sagte . Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Mit der rundum Verpflegung war eine schöne Überraschung.

Lite lyhört. Ganska mycket ljud från gatan utanför. Men inga större problem. Trevlig personal. Jätte bra frukost. Kvinnan som lagade middags maten var supertrevlig och gjorde betydligt bättre mat än förväntat, jätte gott. Riktigt prisvärt.

Lite annorlunda med reception på 4:e våningen, mkt trappgående blev det…hade hund som välkomnades på rummet med skålar o små gåvor = 5 stjärnor. Väldigt centralt i Västerås, lika utmärkt läge. De är dock inte ikapp med säker parkering med laddningsmöjlighet.
