Good location and pool.
Nice pool. Limited kitchenette facilities, although staff were great in providing equipment when asked. Room was just about OK for a family of 4 but only because we were out most of the time. Location was really good for the lakes (by car) and Milan (by train).

This hotel is charming and full of character. It provides an authentic Venetian experience! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Will plan to stay again when in the area.

Extreme bad property rooms are very small and stuffy hardly anything for breakfast and the waiters literally shout at u if u eat past 10 am .The bathrooms are in deplorable condition when you take a shower the water leaks out of the door on the floor .Even travelodge has better services than this .Who gave it a 4 star no clue .

Not a well organized and tidy place, the staff is not very communicative. My girlfriend forgot her shoes in the room, very certain about it, we called after a few days and they didn't pay that much attention, never even asked me what is the name to check on the system the room number, after few costy calls they said we can't find it.

We had a good time at your hotel, rooms are clean and equipped, and the breakfast was excellent. Not to forget, the hotel is placed in a quiet area but close enough to the center of the city. If I ever come back to Varese, I will stay there again.

Great staff!!!!
The staff was so friendly and helpful. I left my phone charger at home and the front desk staff loaned me. It was a such a big help since I did not have time to go into town. Breakfast and lunch were wonderful. The only inconvenience was not being in town and walking from the train station to the hotel with luggage. I would stay again and plan on using a taxi.

I booked 1 night stay here, the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice, clean, free bottle of water, toiletry. The breakfast had a wide variety of options. Plenty of parking in the lot. It was just a bit hard to find at night, as this area is very dark.

The hotel is in a really quiet residential neighbor Hood, which matters the most to me. The staff are really friendly. The facility is clean and the breakfast is pretty good, especially the coffee. Definitely recommended!

Good for a one night stay.
Good for one night stay. Hotel was not totally clean, both the shower and sink where clogged up. Air conditioning did not seem to work properly. A kitchenette is provided, with no accessories at all. Breakfast was simple but adequate, also good parking places available.

Needs a refresh, centres around the pool, family
I got fooled by the “new opening” attached to the title - it must have changed owners or something. Location is just outside of Milan in a smaller suburb of sorts. Property itself probably would benefit from a repaint & some new furniture. There was also not a lot of focus on the air conditioning so the property felt very warm & humid. The breakfast is spectacular - I have never seen an assortment of Home pastries in my life.

Brilliant stay for a family wedding!
What a lovely hotel. Modern, stylish, comfortable! Customer service was very good. Staff spoke brilliant English (better than my Italian). The room was comfortable and had the best mattress ever (better than my own at home). Air con worked brilliantly. We needed more towels and loo roll and this was brought up to us straight away on request. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Didn’t go in the pool but it looked lovely as did the restaurant under the canopy. If I were to return to Varese I would defo stay here again. Only thing I could moan about is the bigger lift was very slow.

Very good value AAA+++
For the price, its hard to beat... It's free breakfast has the most variety of all European hotels we been to. People keep refilling their caps and coffees too... Room are newly renovated although not the most comfortable. Air condition don't expect it to have too. But for its food alone, it is well worth its money. Will stay again definitely.

Good relaxed Buget Hotel.
This is a fabulous, relaxed and comfortable budget hotel. The rooms and beds are comfortabl and spacious and mine had a small kitchen. The only thing missing was complimentary coffee/tea making facilituies in the room. The breakfoast was good However, what makes it really stand out are the friendly and welcoming staff. Location was away from the centre an you need a car. Wi Fi was slow.

Sunglasses stolen from my room, after phone call from reception to reception staff who checked me in they were found but only after discussing cctv cameras etc which they said didn't have and lies that they were found in the room, 4 hours before I checked in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Still waiting 4 weeks later for correspondence from manager who assured me it would be investigated and after an email and 2 phone call to ibis customer service still nothing 2 weeks later from them avoid this place and any of their chain if you value your property and want to get good customer service my stays after 25 at various of their properties worldwide have come to an end , I've waited a moth gave them every opportunity to sort this out appalling service
