The house has a living space of 75m², divided into two levels and offers up to 5 people. In the ground floor next to a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room with high quality sofa bed and access to a sheltered sunny terrace. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a brightly decorated modern designed bathroom is with shower. All rooms have laminate or tiled floors. Man ist nah am Strand und auch sonst hat die Unterkunft fast alles was man so braucht. Weil wir Nachts aber recht stark von Mücken heimgesucht wurden, hätte ich mir Insektenschutzvorrichtungen an den Fenstern der Schlafzimmer und der Balkontür gewünscht. Grade nach heißen Tagen, hat man ja doch mal den Wunsch, Nachts das Fenster auflassen zu können. Ansonsten sind die Vermieter freundlich und das gesamte Procedere sehr unkompliziert. ##### Walter P. Der Kontakt zu Frau Böckmann war sehr herzlich und freundlich. Die beiden Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Dachgeschoss gemeinsam mit einem Duschbad. Eine offene Treppe führt aus dem Wohnzimmer hinauf. Im Erdgeschoss ist außer dem Wohnbereich noch eine kleine Küche mit Esstisch und eine Terrasse. Auf kleinem Raum ist alles sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wenn unsere Kinder etwas größer sind, werden wir gerne einmal wieder kommen. Für die kleinen Kinder (2 und 4 Jahre alt) war es jedoch - trotz des angebotenen Kinderstuhls und Babybetts - nicht ganz ideal. Zwar stellte die Treppe (ohne Sicherungsmöglichkeit) für unsere Kinder kein Problem mehr dar, doch fiel es ihnen schwer, nicht auch kräftig die Treppe zu nutzen oder auch mal laut zu schreien, so dass leider der eine Nachbar sich gestört fühlte. Das würden wir ihm nicht nochmals zumuten wollen. Für ruhigere Kinder oder auch Erwachsene ist es aber eine wunderbare Unterkunft, die sehr zu empfehlen ist! ##### Johann S. Die Lage ist toll und man erreicht Alles gut zu Fuß. Es ist eine kleine gemütliche Terrasse vorhanden und das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die Schlafzimmer haben sich auch bei großer Hitze nicht zu sehr aufgeheizt, sodass man sehr gut schlafen konnte. Für 4 Personen, auch mit kleineren Kindern sehr gut geeignet. Ich würde das Häuschen wieder buchen und kann dieses uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und der Ablauf mit Frau Böckmann war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. ##### Michael M. Leider war der Start "etwas holprig" und suboptimal. Zunächst war kein WELAN verfügbar, was im Prospekt angeboten war. Die Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter ergab, dass dieses Problem kurzfristig aufgetreten war und nur durch einen Techniker des örtlichen Versorgers EWE, allerdings erst am Samstag behoben werden könne. Dann gab es diverse Verschmutzungen in der Küche, Küchentisch und Kaffeemaschine waren sehr unappetitlich. Dies haben wir umgehend dem Vermieter mitgeteilt und dann selber behoben. Ebenso war der vorhandene Bollerwagen nicht nutzbar. Dieser wurde umgehend durch einen anderen ersetzt. Seitens der Vermieter wurde am Samstag, am Tag wo das WELAN instandgesetzt wurde, auch das defekte Warmwassergerät durch ein neues ersetzt. Die Vermieter waren schon darum bemüht, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Nach diesen "Startschwierigkeiten" haben wir dann einen schönen Urlaub in Dangast verbracht und auf der sonnigen und windstill gelegenen Terrasse manch schönen Abend verbracht. Zum Schluss haben wir dann noch diverse Bekleidungs-stücke unseres Enkelkindes im Schrank vergessen. Wir haben den Vermieter darüber informiert und darum gebeten, uns die Sachen per Post zu schicken. Am Samstag kam dann das Paket an und unser Enkelkind und wir haben uns sehr darüber gefreut. Hierfür noch einmal herzlichen Dank. ##### Heinz Josef S.
