The rooms are super run down and in desperate need of updating. We felt like we’re in the 80’s with the decor and the bed really wasn’t very comfortable after a long day of travel.

Good basic hotel. I'd stay there again. Economical. Restaurant in the hotel next door is OK. Grab and go breakfast had nothing I wanted to eat. A&W next door though. All in all OK.

Property is super close to the airport. Easy to navigate the transit system if you’re not renting a car. Staff was friendly.

Booked this property to stay after a late flight so we could sleep a few hours. The place was dirty, mold in the bathroom, musty and gross. Gurgling pipes every time anyone in the hotel flushed their toilet. No airport shuttle.The staff is the best thing about this place. Won’t be staying again.

We had a good stay at this property as a family. Parking was easy and free. Lot of spots to park. Staff was good. The hotel is older and could use some work. Able to get a good night sleep. This hotel is good for a tighter budget.

Worst place to stay. We got sick badly. The windows had thick black mold and even the washroom, the bathtub had fungus. Not recommending this place at all. The customer service didn’t even bother to ask the issue and just gave me an email to complaint.

The staff was amazing, they checked Us in earlier and upgrade us for free. The hotel Looked like it was really nice a while ago but needs some update. Our stayed was pleasant

Tv didn’t work in one room ice machine didn’t work asked for help no one fixed it. No one cleaned my room after the first night. No proper sheets. Water randomly goes ice cold and then super hot. Pool was gross hot tub not warm and it was yellow water. Turned on heat second night just to be blasted with air that smelled of rat piss. Complained about all and they said no one else complained and that’s how all the furnaces smell for the first bit. Disgusting and staff was not helpful at all.

I booked in part because of pool and hot tub and hot tub wasn't hot and jets weren't working. Phone in room was broken. Climate unit in the room seemed like it was on its last legs before conking out. Cleaning service needs to be booked 24 hours in advance - which seemed odd. Everything felt a bit like it was hitting the bar for "okay." Staff was friendly/helpful.

Water turned ice cold three mins into my shower, no fitted sheets coffee machine doesn’t work and no sugar in the room. My sisters room her tv didn’t work and she got 3 pillows for four guests.

I was put in a smoking room, and you can tell that there was discolouration from all of the tar. The cutains, walls and decour should be washed and wiped down often

I have stayed here a few times. Has been clean for sure. In my opinion a little bit of updating would be good. And change where the toilet paper was. I don’t remember if it was like that before as its been a couple years, but the holder was behind the facing underneath the counter. In the middle of the night the last thing anyone wants to be doing is looking for toilet paper. And one other thing it would sure be great to have the Airport shuttle again please!

Room was clean but property is outdated. We stayed at the Radisson once before and this room was much cleaner. It’s outdated but clean. However it does need a new mattress. It had an old spring mattress you could feel the springs. We had an early flight so this cheap room served its purpose.

I gave the hotel low on the cleanliness only on the hotel itself, not to reflect on the staff. Its lacking a serious rug cleaning & the drapes need a wash! I did appreciate the smoking rooms but feel they dont need to be neglected because of that.

The hotel is very run down. the room I stayed in was from the 70['s. Bed was from the 70's too. My whole body hurt when I woke in the morning. I booked 2 queen beds and was overcharged when I just checked my Mastercard bill. I will make a phone call when I arrive home.
