#### Great location and wonderful deck!

This is a great location, on a cul-de-sac and backing on a walking path / green space. The small, forested park 2 blocks away was lovely in the hot weather. The house has a very workable floor plan and the back deck was great for a lazy cup of coffee in the morning.
