Let's explore our property in more detail: Bedrooms: Bedroom 1: This room includes 1 queen bed and ample storage space for your belongings. Bedroom 2: Find comfort in a queen bed with dresser space for your convenience. Living / Dining Room: A spacious area perfect for relaxation and quality time, featuring a cozy couch and a smart TV for movie nights. The dining table comfortably seats 4 people. Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with baking sheets, coffee maker, coffee, cooking basics, microwave, oven, toaster, and trash compactor—everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. As this is a charming 1925 heritage home, sound insulation isn’t perfect, so you may occasionally hear some mild footsteps or household sounds from our family upstairs. We truly appreciate your understanding, and we always do our best to keep noise to a minimum—especially during quiet hours. Kids’ toys and child-friendly items are available upon request. The 1200-sq-ft private 2-bed, 1-bath suite offers warmth, convenience, and a perfect location. Steps from transit, parks, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and a nearby golf course—experience the timeless charm of Kerrisdale. Parking: We have free ample street parking for your convenience. Heating: The heater thermostat for the unit is not located inside the property. You will need to message us through the platform, and we’ll be happy to adjust it to your preferred temperature. In the spirit of a comfortable and respectful atmosphere for all, we have established the following house rules with your well-being and the comfort of fellow guests and neighbors in mind: Identification Requirement: For the safety and security of all our guests, we request that guests provide us with a copy of their ID upon booking. Check-in and Check-out Hours: Our check-in and check-out hours are essential for our cleaning team's preparations. If you require an earlier check-in or late check-out, please notify us with 1–2 days’ notice, subject to availability. Unauthorized extensions may result in a $200/hour fee. Parking: We request that you park only in the designated areas listed in our check-in instructions. Shoes Off, Please: We ask that guests refrain from wearing shoes or slippers inside the house.
