The staff were helpful, polite and professional. The hotel is older but we'll situated and within walking distance to everything everywhere downtown Vancouver including all of the restaurants and shops. The room was clean l, well maintained and satisfactory for my needs. I'd book here again in the future.

The hotel is downtown on Granville st within walking distance to a lot of things. However, the hotel is located in a little less appealing area of Granville St. The noise on Saturday night is really bad. There is a bar right downstairs.. you hear people, police, cars, and horns all night. It was fine during the rest of the week except for Saturday. The hotel rooms are definitely outdated, but they are definitely not clean. Please bring shoes to shower in. Bring your own extra sheet as well. The bathroom floor was very sticky and hair all over the tube. Bedding had stains that you could see under the white sheets. Coffee in the lobby was great, very polite staff. Book this online nonrefundable, if I hadn’t, I would’ve left.

It was close to everything. Walkable restaurants and cafes. We stayed there with our 3 kids ages 5-11. We stayed in the suite room. Two queen beds and a sofa bed. It was perfect. The property is old squeaky and a bit smelly. But it makes up for all of that, with its affordablity and convenience to all the tourists site in Vancouver. The breakfast wasn’t my thing but my kids enjoyed it.

Was in for a comedy show and picked the hotel and never stayed at the hotel before. The room was quant the beds were a bit dated but comfortable. I would def stay again the check in service was great and easy and is right in the middle of grandville so it’s easy to walk everywhere and anywhere

Decent stay. Room was small and dated, window onto fire escape and wall. Clean, heater /ac too noisy to use. Breakfast decent. Overall I guess what you’d expect for 175/night in early April but not a bargain.

We stayed for two nights. As we drove up to the parking lot, there were some people using drugs in the back alley. The hotel did have a security guard that patrolled the parking area, but it still felt unsafe. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, it was a very small room. The breakfast was ok. The hotel offered a voucher for breakfast at the restaurant next door. The waitress did not seem to want to help any of the customers and just pointed to the self-serve buffet area.

The front desk tried to charge me again my room even if I’ve already paid for it. When I’ve entered my room, it was already assigned to someone and he was in the bathroom when I realized it! Went back to front desk and they assigned me another room. The compensation: free parking!!! It’s really not enough!

The property is right next to a nightclub and the neighborhood is not the safest. One of the elevators is extremely old and wabbles when it goes up or down with 1 or 2 people in it. The breakfast was okay, any drinks besides water and coffee is by purchase only. The rooms were extremely clean and tidy.

Clean, but the rooms are quite old. Every time the people in the room above us walked, the light fixture on the ceiling in our room rattled very loudly. The shower barely had tepid water in the morning. Staff were friendly.

I enjoyed my stay at the quality inn the rooms were clean and the staff were super helpful but the only concern I have for future guests is parking. I was given an address for parking and it was underground. When I returned to my car this morning my window was smashed and 3 other cars were also destroyed.

It was close to where we needed to bed. Website says cash is accepted. I tried to pay my deposit for incidentals in cash and was told they dont accept. Used credit card. Checked out 4 days ago and still havent recieved my deposit back.

The hotel worked well for my family when we attended a Whitecaps game and shopped. Only thing I will say though, is that when walking on the carpet and bathroom floor it feels sticky.

The hotel is outdated and the rooms are quite small than what you expect. There is a loud noise every night because of the bar just on the main floor. We had to request ear plugs to be able to sleep. The parking is such a hassle because of limited space.
