Apartment was spotless, check-in process flawless and owner very responsive when we had any queries. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and consumables (dishwashing liquid, sponges etc) which was very useful. We used the sofabed which was very comfortable. The only point to consider is the noise at night time from the train station (if you are a light sleeper). This was the only reason I did not give 5 stars, but note that we did need to keep the windows open as we were using portable AC units which required external venting. It’s truly on the doorstep of Roger’s Arena / BC place, maybe a 5 minute walk. Also, only a 10-15 minute walk to the Gastown area. The condo had plenty of space and a lovely common area where we could all sit on the couch or at the table and visit . The surrounding city views were lovely, even a little peak out at the water. Would highly recommend this unit. It also was a few steps away from a yummy pizza place, and Starbucks so we were set!The property owner was very easy and fast to communicate with. And there are no proper blinds in the living room and it was literally impossible to stay in the kitchen and living area from 1pm -8pm or so. The small portable air cooler provided is not at all useful for that area during summer. I strongly recommend a proper dark out blind for the living room.2\.
