The property features a private entrance and free parking space on the street. Licence number 23-168150 The space Our house is situated in a part of Vancouver where you could easily access many attractions (Queen Elizabeth Park, Kensington Park and Kensington outdoor pool, VanDusen Botanical Garden, shopping, dining, the Bus to go to Gastown, Science World and Canada Place). You will love it! \-The living area includes a coffee table and a sofa bed. There is a smart TV on the wall with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime YouTube, and may more apps. \-The dinning area includes a dining table and 6 dining chairs. \-The kitchen should provide you with everything you need during your stay. It is equipped with the following items: dishwasher, washer/dryer, electric range and oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, kitchenware, coffee maker and a fridge/freezer. \-The first bedroom comes with a queen size bed. \-The second one comes with a day bed that can be used as a sofa, single bed or double size bed. \-The patio comes with a set of outdoor furniture for 4 , and BBQ. The living room with dining table felt too crowded. It is much more urban than I am used to and I wished the light by bed would have worked, wished there would have been window coverings in kitchen that blocked view from neighbors. The bathroom tub and shower area was not as clean as I would have liked. I chose not to cook there for several reasons but the neighborhood grew on me. I liked the next door neighbor I chatted with, and it was nice to come home to adequate space after a day of sightseeing. It truly was ok but I was a bit disappointed. I was happy it was so close to the Bloedel Conservatory and Van Dussen Botanical Gardens. I would be willing to stay here again especially if it is just me. ##### Elise C. AC is portable unit so quite noisy. Oven mitts or potholders would have been helpful in kitchen! We were a family of 5 (1 toddler) but wouldn't recommend for 6 adults...quite small. The host was easy to deal with except my son left a necklace there and was told they don't have anyone to mail it and I could arrange a pick up. The place definitely could have been cleaned better and if he could have let us know that we had to make the bed as there was not fitted sheet on it would have been nice, he should also let renters know where to find the extra blankets and pillows. Nice and quiet neighbourhood, about 5-min. drive to the places we want to go, and walking distance to several parks, which was great because we have our dog with us. Nice view of the city from the backyard. We stayed for a little over a week and got the chance to have a chat with the neighbors, and they were all really nice. Host replies to my inquiries promptly.
