From the moment we arrived the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The room and views are great. The buffet meals offer plenty of choices for everyone. The pool and beach are beautiful. We all enjoyed the hydroslides.

This property should NOT be rated a 5 Star. This properly is more like a 4 or 4.25 star. Staff and resort are wonderful but the food is BAD, Same recycled boring food items everyday. Buffet food items are served mostly warm or cold. Drinks are okay but not top-shelf or worthy of a 5 Star resort. You can pay extra for better drinks and better foods at the A la carte restaurant BUT that not included with the all-inclusive package??? This is an OVER-RATED resort but okay for a Very very very short stay.

"Clean, friendly staff, beautiful beach at resort. No AC, extremely hot, said they were eco resort on marine reserve but forced us to buy plastic water bottles for four days. Every other small beach on island filled with trash and garbage from the currents. Filled."
