This well-maintained villa with private pool guarantees a wonderful holiday! The village of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc is close by, where you will find all kinds of amenities.



Stylishly furnished villa. Living room with comfortable sofas, dining room with 8 chairs and double sliding doors to the covered terrace. Open kitchen with oven, dishwasher, and large, free standing fridge/freezer. Washing machine and WiFi internet available.

Beautiful landscaped, mature garden with private pool (9 x 4 m). The pool can be covered by the tarpaulin in the cooler periods so that the water stays well on temperature. Various seating areas in the garden and a covered terrace at the house. Parking space on site.

This villa is located on the Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardeche park. The park is in a beautiful location, on the river l'Ardeche. At the park you will find several communal facilities including a large swimming pool with children's pool and tennis courts, which you can use free of charge.



The price does not include (obligated extras):

- Final cleaning: € 130

- Resort costs: € 2 per person, per night

- Bed linen: € 11 per person

- Heating November to March: € 100 per week
