"Staff at check in were great. Car park was very full because there's a public gym at the hotel. Hotel rooms are weird - there's only a window in the bathroom. No fresh air available in the actual hotel room. Air con system is rubbish. Room was dusty throughout. Terrible night's sleep because there was a thumping noise coming from above my room - it sounded as if we were directly under the gym and there was always someone throwing weights at all hours. Not a good experience. "

"I didn't like it at all because you can't even use the grill. On the website it says hot tub is included but it's not like that. You only get a message after booking if you want a hot tub you have to pay extra. My opinion is that this should be attached to the website."

"A lovely coach house and ideally placed to visit Winchester Christmas markets and the surrounding lovely towns of the New Forest. Very comfortable and warm and decorated for Christmas which was nice.The coach house is very well equipped and has everything you would need.We were welcomed by the owner and although in the garden of a big house, it felt private.Also very close to Southampton which would be great for visiting family and friends."
