Receptionist welcome me and my son with a smile, kindness look☺️. The room was superb! My son Nathaniel says Wooow to everything! We both sleep like a baby! The food the food was sooo yummy! Surely, will be back ! Thanks everyone ! For all staffs so accomodating and make us feel that we are not far from our Hometown!

Highly recommended. Staff was great, food was great, comfortable room and ease access to to chair lifts, hiking trails, shops and restaurants. They even made a bag breakfast the night before we left as we were leaving early and would miss breakfast. This is the quality you get when the owners are invested in the guests and are there working. Thanks for the memorable stay, we will be recommending your place to others.

You can tell the owners take a tremendous amount of pride in this property. Almost feels like a large bed and breakfast. Rooms are beautiful and the view of the Matterhorn was incredible !

Excellent Hotel in Zermatt
We had a lovely stay here! Very convenient location, especially if you want to view the Matterhorn 😎 The staff are nice & the breakfast is very delicious (among all the numerous choices, the breads are really the best! We love it so much~!) The free shuttle service is convenient too! Hope we can stay here again very soon!

Beautiful place, wonderful staff
Such a great stay! The staff went above and beyond. The beds were very comfortable, amazing views, and huge, delicious breakfast! Would definitely stay again!

Love that my room has a balcony and perfect to just sit out during summer and enjoy the fantastic view. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and so was the sofa bed. Great hotel as the room could accommodate my family of 4 (all adults) all together in 1 room. Bit disappointed that i did not get the room with the view of the great Mt Matterhorn. But the room space and the toilet with bath tub made up for it. If i get to visit Zermatt again, Bristol Hotel will be the same choice.

Good value, great location
Very clean hotel. Great buffet breakfast. Mountain View room was as portrayed - gorgeous view. We liked that the Bristol is a little further from all the shopping. Quieter and a nice little grocery next door.

Liked the Wellness Area although the hours sometimes weren't convenient; prefer the 1:00 open time. One of the waitresses for breakfast seemed angry when I asked her for more hot coffee. Instead she brought me a cup instead of refilling the carafe (my boys were going to join me later). Very nice otherwise. Thank you,

We had 10 in our group and everyone gave the property an A . The Staff is wonderful as is Francis and his wife who are the owners. The entire staff epitomized the meaning of Customer Service from breakfast to midnight. Our group could not have been more satisfied with our entire experience.

Hotel Bristol was beautiful, affordable, close to everything, and had a super friendly staff. The staff was very easy to contact and bent over backwards accommodating me. I will book with them again, and recommend them to everyone!

5 stars!!! The staff is absolutely incredible. They are so kind and helpful. The sauna and spa are immaculate and include a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, and 2 steam rooms. The breakfast was delicious and full of soo many options! The hotel is a minute walk from the bus to take you to the ski resort or only a 9 minute walk. The price can not be beat for all the amenities, location and amazing staff. I highly recommend this hotel and will be returning next time I’m in Zermatt!

We were upgraded to the junior suite which had a very nice view of the Matterhorn. The room was very spacious with a separate room for the toilet and bathtub. It also had an extra room for your clothes and a living area. The hotel has a very nice spa area with different types of saunas. The included breakfast was also very good. Overall, we were very impressed with the hotel.

Started bad when the shuttle never showed up. Bed was too hard for my liking. But the view made up for it and the breakfast was great

Our room number with Matterhorn view was #403. It’s a corner room with magnificent view of Matterhorn. The room was cosy and cute. It comes with a kettle and mini fridge. Their bathroom is quite cool and it has a roof window. Bristol Hotel provides free shuttle to and from Zermatt train station. There’s a “hotel phone booth” at Täsch train station which you can call for the shuttle before boarding. Breakfast was okay. There’s selections of cold cuts, bread and hot food eg. scramble eggs and sausage. There’s also self help stations where you can make your own pancakes or fry eggs. However, the quality of food still have room for improvements. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I wouldn’t mind coming back to the same hotel again.

Well worth the money
Wonderful hotel. A bit off the main area. Great view of Matterhorn. Would have enjoyed an outdoor patio area that was clutter free.

Views of the Matterhorn were excellent from our room (good weather so we had no cloud cover), rooms were nice and clean, the quality of the breakfast was an unexpected surprise, friendly and helpful staff, easy location to walk around town. Would recommend.
