With supermarkets and restaurants nearby, it's the ideal place for a pleasant stay on the Côte d'Azur. In a beautiful sea-view villa, this quiet 4-room apartment features a kitchen opening onto a bright living room, 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and a superb garden with swimming pool. The villa is ideally located in the heights of Vallauris, perfect for enjoying and visiting the city of Cannes and its must-sees: \- Palais des festivals: 20 min by car \- Beaches: 10 min by car \- Supermarket: 5 min by car \- Restaurants / bars The apartment will be prepared for your arrival with quality sheets and towels (organic and fair-trade cotton). It also has air conditioning in all rooms and an internet connection. The following rules are an integral part of the rental contract, you have access to them before every booking to get informed about the check-in/out process as well as the rental rules. Every arrival is self-managed, you get your keys in a keybox. Those are not at the same address than your unit but in several strategic spots in Cannes. We take care of choosing the one that suits you the best. We propose a few other check-in solutions with an extra fee charge and according to availability : \- Early check-ins \- Airport transfers \- Welcoming in person on site The information about the keybox and all the access to the flat will be sent to you on the day before arrival, at the end of the day. It’s possible to rent a baby set with extra cost to one of our partners once your booking is confirmed. The check-out time is 11am, we ask you to be ready to leave or already gone in order to not make the cleaning crew wait as they have a very strict schedule, if you’re gonna be late, please call us asap, otherwise we will charge you from 45€ depending on the time you will leave the flat. If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee. We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit. Sadly, the experience was far below expectations.The house was dirty and unhygienic on arrival — greasy kitchen, dusty cupboards, ants on the floor, and even a mouse in the kitchen door track. We had to buy cleaning supplies and clean everything ourselves. Outdoor furniture was incomplete, and the exterior shutters were broken and permanently closed, blocking the view over the area we had paid for.Immogroom sent cleaning staff who arrived with only a spray bottle and kitchen paper, left dirty towels on the dining table, and failed to perform the promised full cleaning. A technician was offered to fix the shutters, but we declined. We didn’t want our holiday disrupted by a daily stream of staff entering the house to fix new problems.Despite repeated attempts to resolve things via phone and email with Immogroom and VRBO, we only received vague replies and a partial refund of the cleaning fee.
