The kitchen and living room open onto a large, south-facing green terrace, equipped with a table and umbrella to enjoy pleasant outdoor moments with family or friends. The bedroom, located on the north side, features a double bed (140 x 200) with a comfortable mattress and provides access to a small courtyard with a clothesline. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, storage space, and a hairdryer. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has internet access. The windows of the apartment are equipped with mosquito nets. A parasol is provided for beach days, and there is space to store bicycles for seaside rides. The residence is accessible from two streets (Avenue de Verdun or Avenue de la Palmeraie).
