Clean and comfy
It was difficult to get to the hotel & find the hotel parking, but once that was done it was a lovely hotel and the staff was very helpful and kind. The room was comfortable, except for the hard pillows, and clean.

No anti-Covid measures in breakfast restaurant apart from hand gel (Other hotels I sayed at in Spain gave disposable gloves, or individual disposable serving tongs for example). So everything was shared with all - serving tongs & spoons, olive oil bottles, salt & pepper grinders etc.Parking a nightnmare - very tight turn into

As you could see, to enter the buffet, which is restricted to a maximum of 6 people at a time to avoid many people together, it is mandatory to enter with a mask and, as it says, to use hand gel. There is no point in wearing gloves if you use gel. All the tweezers are changed every 15 minutes for others, washed and replaced. Hotel very central, comfortable and clean. Buffet breakfast extensive but unless you can eat a mountain of food it’s better value to eat in a bar in the city.

Clean and convenient just outside the city centre

In downtown area with cafe on street, really good if you are a people watcher, staff outstanding, rooms are well kept and welcoming, could not fault at all and would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay completely - have tried to book again with children tho , and have been unable to book a single family room , with three beds and a cot , which is disappointing and has meant we have had to book elsewhere

Ok hotel, but quite basic. Clean and functional, reasonably priced with friendly staff but the rooms are tired and the sound insulation from the main road is poor.

Not the easiest place to find.
Just a one night stop as part of our bike tour. Only unfortunate thing was that the bar and restaurant don’t open on a Sunday. Found a nice local bar to have dinner in the end.

Good value and convenient location
Great location along main avenue, near Plaza de Toros. Cafeteria at the hotel was great for quick breakfast and good value. Comfortable beds and enjoyed walking to Valladolid centre for tapas!

We arrived later than expected, so the late check in was great. Trying to find parking was a bit of a challenge. The hotel receptionist directed us to a good parking lot. Our room was very nice and clean. It was a great value staying there. We were very pleased.

This is an ok hotel, located at some distance from Valladolid's centre, but still walking distance, if you like to walk. Nothing to highlight, just a practical though unremarkable facility. Pleasant, though.

It's a bit of a walk to the city center, but on a beautiful tree lined street. The breakfast buffet is well done and the gentleman running it was fantastic. The front desk staff are helpful and informative.

Hotel did the job, the area is safe but without charm or interest. Reception was acceptable. Breakfast was adequate for 11 euros. Be sure to doublecheck that you booked the breakfast the night before if you show up or you will be charged 25% extra.

Good value
Reception was friendly and helpful, room was well presented and clean. Good value for money. We opted to park in the underground garage for which there is a charge of 14 euros. Disappointed that the hotel restaurant doesn't open on weekday nights but there were a lot within walking distance. Breakfast was good with lots of choice.

Room was clean, bed comfortable and hotel was conveniently located. WiFi was quick and reliable The only negatives were that some breakfast items were bordering on cold (eggs) and no coffee making facilities in the room
