Great choice for a longer stay
No problems with our stay, but know that staff, although very helpful and kind, are only on site in the early part of the day. Airport pick-up was arranged for us. The apartment was secure, clean, ample storage & in great shape, but some of the furniture could be improved, especially the bedside "tables". Most cooking supplies were available, except for a spatula for the frying pans. Don't worry about the appearance of the street with graffiti, the neighborhood is very safe and in the "old city" - a great location for tourists.

Very good communication and quick responses to any enquiries from staff. Easy check-in process. Convenient central location. Clean apartment. Basic kitchen supplies, but no coffee maker, other hotels offering Nespresso machines. Furniture not the best/most comfortable but sufficient, did not like mattress. Overall pleasant stay.

We were fairly happy with our stay here. As well, Valencia is a beautiful city and has a lot to offer. The apartment comes with its good and not so good. Pros: It’s in a perfect location for exploring all the historical sites of the old town. It’s spacious (we had the premium suite) It’s modern and fairly well equipped. You can’t beat the price! It was easy communications with the management staff. Cons: It’s depressing view out the back windows (derelict dumping ground full of feral cats) The furnishings were quite cheap. When someone moved in above us on the last day it became extremely noisy.

Lovely apartment type hotel, exactly like shown in Expedia. The company was helpful, arranged taxi for us both to and from the airport. Quite close to restaurants and city centre. Cute little Juliette balconies in both living room and bedroom, with heavy wooden shutters. Only complaint was the street noise on the weekends, and people partying until 3 am..

Location was excellent; Apartment was dark inside due to the closeness of opposite apartments. No outside space;(balcony too small to sit on) . Perfect if you are not spending any time inside. Shower and hot water supply was very good. Our apartment was not cleaned or towels changed in the 5 nights we were there, which was fine for us but may not suit others. Good value for money.

WHAT a beautiful property we stayed at! One night in Valencia, but wanted to stay for longer. The apartment is big, with its own private terrace, very minimalistic, great furniture, even the sofa bed was super comfortable. They were in touch with us from the moment I made the reservation. The location was perfect, it was at a max of 15-minute walking distance from all the historic buildings. I recommend this place 100%.

Affordable place to stay during Las Fallas. Within walking distance to everything we needed including the train back to Barcelona. I liked the privacy of the apartment and not having maid service is my preference actually. Main bed was comfortable. Pull out couch was, well, a pullout couch. Place felt secure and safe.

Central located updated apartment in Valencia
(Please understand - this is not a traditional hotel - much like thousands of others throughout Europe. It is an apartment that is being rented out by the owners or their representatives - so it has limited hours for check-in) Initial we were concerned about the booking after having made it - because we receiving an email indicating they would not be open during the hours shown on the Hotel .com listing. We wrote the apartment/hotel that we choose them because of their hours open for check-in - they agreed to be there when we arrived & they were. The unit is quite clean and updated - white walls, grey tiles and Ikea type furniture. Nice enough. Be aware there is a limited amount of hot water if you are traveling with a number of famly members. The location is close to Central Market and a number of other attractions as well as restaurants, markets, etc. The folks were helpful with the check-in and offer bike rentals as well. Overall - we are travelers that travel 100+ days per year - we found this to be a nice centrally located stay in wonderful Valencia with loads of room and a bonus washer machine to boot. Recommended without reservation.

Lovely little apartment!
Lovely little apartment, fully fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge with a large bedroom and bathroom. Nice and quiet area at night but only a 5 minute walk to the city centre, restaurants and shops. Foyer has a bike rack which was very useful. Would definitely stay again.

Charming apartment
This was a charming apt in a charming city and basically quiet. David was absolutely wonderful to help us with anything we needed. Would have given more stars if not for construction right next to our room waking us up every morning with noise or paint odor. Would recommend asking for a room away from the street. Also, AC was only in living area, not bedroom, making it necessary to turn it up quite high at night and leave door open for sleeping comfort. Overall though, we would highly recommend this apartment.

Overall, I thought the place was fantastic! In a great part of town, easily walkable to the Mercado Central and bus and metro lines. In addition, there are great restaurants, coffee, shopping and bars within a stone's throw of the apartment. The only downside (for me) was there was a washer but no dryer.

Perfect location to explore the historic centre
My family and I stayed at the apartments for 4 days in February 2018, over the half term break. The apartment was light, airy and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for a short break or a longer holiday. The lounge area had a TV, sofa and a chair and was a good size. The bedroom had the most comfortable bed I've slept in for a long time! The shutters made it very dark which definitely helped to ensure a good night's sleep. The bathroom is huge and the shower pressure great. My only little niggle that I hadn't realised before we booked was that the bathroom is ensuite - this meant that the kids who were sleeping in the lounge needed to switch on the light and come via the bedroom to get to the toilet in the night. Not a huge deal but I would have preferred a separate bathroom off the common area rather than the bedroom. That said, it was only 3 nights so not a huge deal breaker. I'd definitely recommend the apartments as the perfect location to explore the historic centre of Valencia. It's walking distance from the Metro and everything is close by. There is a supermarket near the tower, plenty of restaurants within striking distance for breakfast and the central indoor market is a 5 minute walk. Ferran on reception was very helpful both before and during our stay. In all, it was the perfect choice for our short break.

Excellent location but terrible matress
The location, cleanliness and staff are excellent. However, the bed, both in the bedroom and the sofa bed, were incredibly squeaky. We were 2 people in the apartment, one on each bed, and the constant squeakiness kept each other awake. I mentioned it to the receptionist, but there was nothing they could do.

Apartment is more or less as advertised, but it lacks any room heating and direct sunlight, so it gets cold even during the day through the tile floors. For dining and writing, the metal chairs provided are further conduits of the cold. I harp on the coldness of this apartment because I got a cold staying there, so beware.

Ferran made every effort to welcome us and we enjoyed the apartment whilst there. A few things could be improved; 1. More information of how to use kitchen appliances (stove top was electronic and locked, too ages to figure out even with Google) 2. Better A/C (please! Bedroom was an oven) 3. Check items in apartment to see if they are still working. Otherwise I higly recommend!!

Spacious hotel room in a good location
I contacted the hotel quite late notice about our arrival, but Ferran responded promptly and was very friendly. He reassured us and let us know that he'd be there on our arrival even if we arrived after 2, which is when reception should have closed - and he was. He was very welcoming and informative. The hotel was very nice, in the heart of the old city of Valencia. It's very spacious, nicely decorated. On the surface, the room was clean. Looking more in depth, it could have been cleaner (e.g. we found receipts in wardrobe, hair on a chair) but nothing too alarming. We were provided a sponge and washing liquid to wash dishes. We also asked for some tea towels, which were provided straight away. Only thing lacking was the basics for the kitchen such as salt, sugar, oil, coffee etc. Luckily there is a shop not far from the hotel. We had a balcony city view - which basically gives to the street. Streets in Valencia are very narrow, so when on the balcony, we felt quite close to our neighbours from across the street! We used the metro from the airport to the hotel. The nearest metro stop is at a walkable distance but not that close - so with luggage, it can feel like a distance. The hotel is close to museums and other nice historic buildings but quite far from the beach, Bioparc and the city of arts and science - but it is easy enough to get there using public transports.

Good location but not as described
Good location but not as described . The apartment was nice but I paid for an outside terrace . I was offered a swap 3 days into my 5 day trip , which annoyed me more that they had the room free that I'd paid for. The space we had was an odd little tube up the inside if the building, and although had no roof, the walls were 4 storeys high and got no sun. Other issues were the shower. They have installed a tiny tank, so in order to get enough hot water to shower, you needed to keep turning off the water while you showered to maintain enough to wash ! Not at all great, and reminded me of growing up in the mid 80s ! Also I know this was an apartment , but I expected it to be serviced to a point. The towels were not replaced in the 5 days we were there, not good as I'd change my towel more than this at home. The location was nice and they had decorated it well BUT I left feeling that I hadn't received what I paid for.
