This lovely hotel, locate in the Plaza San Sebastián, is next to the botanical garden and close to restaurants and places for wine. The room was large and clean, the bed was comfy and the black-out blinds were so nice to have. We will stay here again!

Perfect service, room, location, and food
Very nice, friendly team. Breakfast there is amazing and a great value (9 Euros for the buffet - as of Jan 2024. Lunch is also just perfect. One of the best places in the city (literally). Great location.. Very happy here and will definitely stay here again.

We found a cockroach in the bathroom of one of the rooms. The hotel wasn’t in a bad location, however the surroundings were deserted and seemed a bit unsafe with police cars patrolling the area.

Hotel has a good location. Very friendly front desk people, not the same in the cafeteria place. It looks they don't clean the bathroom or the room, they just made the bed. We stayed a couple nights, but we won't stay again.

Site said laundry that they didn’t have and when we showed them the site they said they need to take that off!! Parking was 2.5 block away got a violation $60 trying to unload to get into hotel since they don’t even have a check in area. Television was so fuzzy couldn’t watch. There was active construction on site that was not mention so you couldn’t even come back to the room to rest. The cafe mention is a coffee machine. The soundproof walls are a joke people were so loud I could hear them even with ear plugs in I don’t think I slept 4 hours in 2 days.

Excellent boutique hotel in great location
Really excellent hotel. Welcome at the front desk was warming and professional. Room was clean and fairly well equipped. Excellent location for the central area plus buses and metro. Restaurant breakfast was plentiful, didn't try lunch and dinner, maybe because it was winter, only avail on Fri and Sat. Negatives - couldn't find any international channels on room TV (not that we spent much time in the room anyway, so not a huge issue). The biggest negative was the tiny little plastic shampoo/shower gel sachets (and then no shelf to put them on in the shower) in the bathroom - come on..... in today's age of sustainable awareness which hotel has little plastic sachets of anything? Bulk dispensers on the shower stall wall are normal everywhere now. Odd.

The staff were great to us. They arranged taxi and always ready for a chat or request. Daily room service was just enough and efficient. Location is great to look around and have fun.

The staff were brilliant- friendly and incredibly helpful. I would definitely come again The only negative was that the bikes up for rental were not great. The staff did their best to accommodate though.

Great place to stay in Valencia ! Super friendly staff. I got an upgrade on my room, and some really good explanations about the things to visit in the city center. The rooms are brand new, well equipped and the beds are super confortable. I Was lucky enough to stay in a superior suite, it was just unbelievable :) Breakfast is nice as well, worth the money. The location is pretty good. It’s not right in the city center, but it’s really close, and you can easily reach all the interesting stuff by feet or public transport. The rooms are just a bit noisy (especially when it’s windy outside) but overall I definitely recommend that place :)

The hotel is well located close to shops and restaurants. The staff were terrific and couldn’t do enough. The parking lot nearby is badly designed and extremely tight to manoeuvre.

Lovely small personal hotel just outside old town. Staff very friendly and helpful giving advice on transport and even recommending restaurants nearby. Comfort room was excellent with a powerful rain shower, fridge and Nespresso machine. Worth the extra cost. Extremely clean and well presented. Close to metro from airport and good bus links around the city.

The desk staff gave us an incredibly thorough orientation to the city, so we wasted no time before enjoying the city. Location is very close to the old city gate. Room spacious. Breakfast great. Highly recommend!

Four days in Valencia
The hotel reception was very welcoming and informative when we asked for some information on eateries and directions. The room was a good size for our stay with window and small balcony. The street was mainly residential not the prettiest, but as there were lots of cars parked there was no noise so very quiet. The hotel location was excellent for the botanical gardens less than 100 metres. And the Quart medieval gate towers were also close by. The hotel has a small eating area for breakfast, which was brightly decorated, we didn't eat so can't comment on food as preferred to go out, plenty of cafes near by. The beds were clean and comfortable the room had a safe and small fridge and TV. The floors were wood and clean. The bathroom looked a bit tired, sinks and fan could do with being renewed. There was a jacuzzi type bath, I'm not a fan! But the shower was adequate. The bathroom on the first day wasn't as clean as the rest of the stay but I am ultra fussy! Not much by way of toiletries but again adequate. In all we had a good stay and staff could not have been more accommodating.

The hotel was a short distance to amenities and transportation in the center of town. The staff always wore a smile and were especially helpful in guiding me towards activities and places of interest. I would definitely return.

Good hotel in the middle of old Valencia
Lovely little hotel in the middle of old Valencia. A little hard to find and park near when you arrive but they were very helpful once inside. There is an underground carpark nearby (for a cost). My room had a whirlpool bath in it. Very well presented room with lovely marble bathroom (twin sinks). Kettle, fridge and tea in room but no milk. Room was quiet with no noisy air-conditioning fans about. Breakfast was a strange mix of elements but there was enough choice to find something to eat. Overall a nice place
