It was nice to have a separate bedroom and the bed was super comfy! Lovely balcony but it was cold and rainy when we were there so we didn’t use it. Clever internet tv. It would have been helpful if the concierge had asked us about breakfast. We knew it was extra but when we went down in the morning we found we were supposed to have ordered it the night before.

Resting in playa Olivia Spain
Very comfortable hotel. All the amenities we needed were located in the room. Nice kitchenette. Easy check in and check out. Decided to stay another night and get well rested before our trip back to the USA.

Clean & friendly apart-hotel 5 mins from the beach
Very good apart-hotel. We had a studio room which had a small cooker etc if we needed it (€20 charge refundable if left clean). Lovely big balcony with table and chairs. Big fridge and microwave too. Beds very comfy, bathroom had a nice shower. Breakfast included, self service with plenty of choice.

Short trip for a wedding
Very nice accommodation, simple but well presented, very comfortable for two adults sharing. Breakfast was basic and WiFi didn'the work but these were minors. 5 euro for taxi to the town centre, 5 minutes uses walk from a lovely beach. Friendly helpful staff.

COMFORTABLE AND FRIENDLY
10 days at the hotel, Staff were able to help willingly with our questions. Comfortable beds, and an excellent balcony. Lounge had the basic amenities for cooking. Micro wave two hob unit and a fridge/freezer. TV was in Spanish with one English channel. Had a thoroughly good experience

An overnight stop for an early start golfing
All good. Very clean modern hotel and room. Great receptionist, very friendly and helpful. A lack of atmosphere was fine for us as we planned to go out for the evening. No breakfast available in the morning which suited but not our preference.No coffee or tea in room either but the fact it was so clean made us more than happy to return and recommend.

If in Oliva this is a good place to stay
For us we were planning to be in Oliva for only one night. This hotel is clean, modern, new and has a friendly and attentive staff. If in Oliva this is just fine and the price is very reasonable. We went with our first impressions from the internet, and were pleased. Oliva is a small town. We did not search out the hotel situation beyond this particular one.

Certains mobiliers devraient être changés dans notre chambre. Le personnel était toutefois parfait que ce soit à la réception ou le personnel en charge du ménage.

Apartamento muy completo y correcto
El apartamento muy completo, limpio, espacioso, camas cómodas, incluso el sofá cama. Teníamos el número 215, en el segundo piso, y era el que tenía la terraza mejor, super amplia, con dos tumbonas para tomar el sol. La única pega es que está un pelín alejado del centro, pero al menos hay un Burguer King justo al lado.

Lamentable Sres. Este alojamiento estaba cerrado y me tuve que marchar a otro. Solicito la devolución del dinero. No ponen Vds nada fácil contactarles para poder informarles al respecto, ni por teléfono ni por la web. El personal del hotel super amable.

Notre séjour c’est très bien passé
Durant notre séjour la chambre n a jamais été entretenu serviette etc ??? Très bon accueil les gens font des efforts pour la langue agréablement surpris pour le rapport qualité prix très bien situé facile d’accès à recommander. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est copieux et de bonne qualité.

Praktische indeling van appartement in hotel. Helaas liet de hygiëne te wensen over; zowel in bed als tussen badhanddoeken (op grond) lange donkere haren aangetroffen. In slaapkamer dunne semitransparante gordijnen dus blijft zeer licht, mede door terras- en straatverlichting.

El apartamento era bastante amplio y bien equipado. Limpieza correcta. La limpieza diaria del apartamento no está incluida en el precio. Son 15€/día. La ubicación no es demasiado buena, está junto a la vía principal que lleva desde el centro de Oliva a la playa con muchísimo tráfico. Imposible estar con la ventana abierta por el ruido. Supongo que los apartamentos que daban a la calle trasera eran más tranquilos. Lo mejor de todo, la amabilidad de todo el personal

Nuevos y Espaciosos... Excelente!
Excelente Aparta-Hotel. Como si fueran nuevos. Espaciosos, con una terraza enorme para realizar las cenas en verano, con todo tipo de comodidades. El Sofá-cama es muy cómodo tanto como sofá como cama. El Desayuno tiene gran variedad de alimentos y de muy buena calidad. El Personal muy atento y amable. Está cerca de la playa, la cual es muy tranquila y en un entorno bastante tranquilo.
