Great find

Hotel Petit Palace Bristol is a great hotel, it's a perfectly located newley furbished hotel in a central part of the old town of Valencia. The staff were always really helpful and very friendly. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel restaurant it looked good though. We thought the charge for breakfast was a bit expensive so chose to eat at local eating places of which there are many. The room was a good size comfortable and clean. Hotel is ideally placed for eating out, museums, shopping and generally exploring the delights of Valencia. We would definately stay there again. Thank you to everyone at the hotel who made our stay so enjoyable.

Great staff, location and breakfast spread.

The hotel was centrally located. The staff was pleasant and helpful with whatever we needed. Good breakfast was included with the room. The rooms were little on the small side but adequate and very clean.

Nice location

When checking out, my two credit cards were rejected, obviously for the hotel's communications problem. I could use the cards elsewhere all right. And the clerk didn't know JCB cards, which are accepted even in some taxis there.

OK, but helpful staff

Pros: Helpful staff and location
Cons: Fresh air needed throughout the halls.
Luis was very helpful! The location of the hotel was quite good. The hotel seems like it needs some updating and needs some repairs.

Great location and excellent staff!

Pros: The room was large and comfy with everything we needed and more.
Cons: It was a little noisy at times but there isn't much the hotel can do about that - the noise was mainly other guests.
Location: Great location near to the ceramic museum and within walking distance of all the major sites.
We stayed here for 4 nights in October, the location is excellent with all major sights within reach. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly from day one giving us a map of the city to our last day when they ordered our cab and looked after our bags while we did some last minuet sight seeing. The room was really comfy and clean and had all the things that we needed and more - the mini muffins were also a nice little treat. Overall an excellent stay and great value,
