WiFi + A/C + Accessible A bright and spacious one-bedroom apartment accommodating up to 4 guests, featuring a living-dining area, an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, and a wheelchair-accessible bathroom with a walk-in shower. Well connected by bus and metro, just 1.2 km from the city centre, 4.5 km from the City of Arts and Sciences, 6.5 km from Arenas and Malvarrosa beaches, and 18 km from the Albufera Natural Park. The Accommodation: This apartment is located in a recently renovated building in the Arrancapins neighbourhood (Extramurs). It has been tastefully decorated with carefully selected furnishings, creating a fresh, welcoming, and practical atmosphere with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The 65m² apartment includes: \- A spacious living-dining area with seating for 4 guests, a 160x200cm double sofa bed, and a round dining table. \- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with small appliances, including a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, juicer, kettle, and blender. \- Comfortable master bedroom with a 150x190cm double bed, mirror and shelving. \- Accessible and adapted bathroom (equipped with a walk-in shower with a grab bar, large sink, mirror and toilet).
