I was very upset how dirty our room was. Hair everywhere, lot of dust… Second very disappointing thing was cold pool. It is August and even in a hot day you cannot jump in.

Buongiorno, grazie per averci recensito. Non è nel nostro stile disquisire sulle segnalazioni dei clienti ma le sue affermazioni sono molto pesanti e totalmente fuori luogo. Forse potrà aver trovato un capello in camera, può succedere, ma una camera totalmente sporca come ella la descrive è solo frutto di una sua sterile opinione. Le piscine in questi giorni segnalavano circa 28 gradi ... a buoni intenditori pochissime parole. Siamo dispiaciuti per il suo stato emotivo. Se fosse vero quello che afferma avrebbe dovuto segnalare subito l'accaduto al ricevimento direttamente al suo arrivo ... ma ha evidentemente preferito un' ingiusta segnalazione dietro una tastiera. Peccato. Buona estate !

Cleaning and changing towels only once a week. There are many spiders and ants in the room... You need to take out the garbage by yourself. You need to ask for shampoo and toilet paper every day, in the morning, because in the evening no one would help you. The wifi is very weak.

The reception is open 24 hours a day. Your booking was for an apartment in room only with final cleaning included. Daily cleaning and towels change were not included in the rate and you did not want to pay any extra for this service. I hope you are not used to living with garbage inside the apartment when you are at home! Shampoo and toilet paper regularly delivered.

We were greeted very well by one of the receptionists. She showed me around the property, suggested restaurants nearby, helped with the boat ferry, and suggested places to park in neighboring areas. Our apartment had a leak in the air conditioning, so we were greeted by a bucket and hose from the ceiling upon entry. The bedspreads had so much dirt, dust, and bugs on it, that I should have asked for a different room. I ended up killing at least 5 flies that were in our bathroom. I liked the floorplan; kitchen/living area, bedroom with a double bed, bathroom/shower, and bedroom with bunk beds. However, the light switches were so confusing in the flat that we couldn't figure out which one turned on which light. The information in the rooms about the gate codes was wrong and should have been updated. There was other information on there that was incorrect, too. They do offer a wakeup service and they were very punctual. The pools and landscaping was beautiful. Parking in the lot was weird as there was no order to the numbered spots in the parking lot. Accessing the WiFi and trash areas was easy. The breakfast buffet was nice, but the tall, bald man (owner or manager, perhaps) never smiled, rolled his eyes at my inquiries, yelled at my older son when he got up to use the restroom in the restaurant. When we checked out, there was a different woman at the desk. She did not tell me what needed to be done when I said I was checking out; she just took my keys without asking for the tax

Dear Kim,Upon check-in we explain to all guests where to park and provide a brochure with updated instructions and codes. Each apartment has private parking, but neither she nor her mother listened when the directions were given.In the 2 days you were there you didn't complain, but you got angry when we scolded your two children who kept running around the breakfast room disturbing the other guests and then when they went up and down the stairs to the bathroom! Then on your table there was an endless waste of food and pieces of bread on the ground all around. You also hid food, fruit, and cookies in bags before leaving the room without asking for any permission. It's called a buffet breakfast, not a supermarket! Finally, at check-out you did not want to pay the tourist tax: we gladly do without guests like you!

Staff were few appear to be maember of same family in their old age. They were very friendly and helpful. They were very mindful about our need. Food. They even were aware of our religious/cultrual need of meat option. That was very pleasing although we never asked for any special provision. They were very understanding about our 17 yr old teengae autistic son with Learning and language difficulties. Also very close to the lake and overlooking the lake from the balcony. We will remember these few days stay here.

Nice and quiet hotel
Nice and quite location, walking distance from the lake. Very helpful staff. Simple, but good breakfast from 7:30 (additional charge). Wi-fi in the room was very weak, so cellular signal. 1 bedroom apartment was comfy for 2, can be a little small for 3. It can benefit from some refreshment. Overall - was very good place. Can surely recommend.

Nice hotel in quiet village near lake
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the lake and there are quite a few restaurants nearby, including the excellent Aquariva. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The cooking facilities consisted of 2 rings and a microwave, but no oven. Wifi access was patchy but this is down to the area, not the hotel. I would recommend this hotel as it is not too busy and is family orientated.

Ideal for an affordable week away.
Third time we've been. Quiet town on the lake, not a huge amount nearby but all you'll need. Nice pool, ultra friendly staff and nice beer at the bar. Walkable to a quiet spot on the lake, short drive to Desenzano or Sirmione can even get the boat to Garda. Our room, although basic, was all you need. Small kitchenette but once you've sampled the local produce you'll have all you need.

Wonderful first family holiday
We had a wonderful stay for our first family holiday with our 5 month old baby. The hotel reception staff were excellent, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in fact all the staff were very friendly. The pools were lovely and not too busy. The rooms were a little tired but nice and clean. Perfect location for exploring lake Garda.

I was very disappointed with this property. On the website it said coffee machine in room, and wifi. There was not even a coffee pot in this apartment room, let alone espresso machine. When I asked, I was told this is not a hotel, but apartments & you would have to get your own coffee, but you can always get coffee from the bar in reception...for a price, so not included in room. In addition, the wifi reception was next to nothing in the apartment I had. If it ever connected,(which was almost never)' the connection would drop within seconds. Again. I was told there's good connection in reception. I did not pay this much for a hotel/ apartment to have to camp out in the lobby to have coffe & wifi connection. This is not a property for someone traveling & staying for a night. Mostly appeared to be families on vacation . The apartments are basically timeshares. The staff however was pleasant, even if they didn't resolve any problems.

Excellent stay and hotel however some issues surrounding our arrival and rooms. An ant problem developed in our second floor room and aside from one ant powder application it was ignored by reception. We ended up sweeping up live ants 6 times a day from our floor. No cleaning service offered unless we wanted to pay for it which seemed a little cheeky given their ant problem. Overall very good accommodation with nice but freezing pools. It is relatively quiet at night and good for kids. Recommend trying out the Yacht Club and the tapas restaurant just off the roundabout about 5 mins walk. You will need a car to travel around but Desenzano, Salo and Bardalino are must sees and only 30 mins away. Also Gardaland and Verona within 40 mins.

Decent enough
We had an apartment style room. We were supposed to have breakfast included but ended up being charged for it. It was not worth the price. The room was efficient, but the sleeper sofa was not good. It had stains all over it, and loose slats. But the staff was friendly, and helpful. The room did not have wifi, which I did not notice when booking. Which is important because the cell service is terrible in the area.

Excelent holiday hotel
We were 4 adults and three children in two suites. Everything was excellent. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, we had a terrace with pool view, food was very good and most of all - very welcoming and pleasant environment. We will be back again.

Fantastic residence
We were couple + baby, the location at the southern part of Garda is great, 30 minutes to Sermiona, really nice view, clean room, clean pool, free wifi at the lobby, the service was good. The only disadvantage was the fact that there's a kitchenette in the room, but no cleaning soap for the dishes, so we had to buy at the mimimarket, which was dissapointing. Also, not enough space for the luggage.

The staff were polite and helpful. The accommodation was booked as self-catering but the room missed several essentials for this. No kettle or toaster!! Also there was no cooker, only a hob. Though the microwave was a combi oven, but not a good one. We were five crammed into a one bedroom, which I don't mind but when booking the impression was very much a two bedroom was available, though to be fair it did state it was not guaranteed. There were extra folding beds provided and the sofa bed was easy to assemble and revert back to sofa, but was not very good quality (the slats kept popping out). Also there were a few too many things broken which gave the impression that repairs were not done very often. Since we spent little time in the apartment this was fine. The two pools were well located and never over crowded and a life guard was on hand. One lucky thing about our room was it included an enclosed parking space which not all do. One person unfortunately suffered a theft from their car who was not in the gated parking area. Overall if you don't intend to spend a long time in your room this is a good base. The pool facilities are enough to entertain children and that they are enclosed and have a life guard they feel very safe. The lake is easy walking distance too.

OK location for travelling around from
hotel staff friendly, room wasn't big enough for 5 of us (3 children), they stayed in the lounge/ kitchen, no oven just 2 ring electric hob and microwave not sufficient for self catering. Beds were uncomfortable as they were all fold up type. Restaurant will only sell you food at lunch time which Is normally anything that can be put into a small desk top grill behind the bar (which was ok for a snack), to have an evening meal or breakfast you had to have prepaid before your holiday and changed your board, which was disappointing as when it advertises having a restaurant you do expect to be able to buy food.

Some caution recommended.
This hotel is only for those who have a car. There is NO food shop within 2km; you have to walk 2.5km uphill in the heat to reach the supermarket, and the bus service is all but non-existent. Which means that excursions require a taxi ride to Desenzano for trains. It is also pretty noisy, being occupied by 90% Italian clientele, who all seemed to know each other and be having a lovely big pool party. No harm in that, except when they filled the pool! The staff were polite and helpful and it was very clean. We were a bit surprised to only have one bedroom however, with the kids having to sleep in the kitchen/living room.

Great Resort - little cold in the fall
It's a very nice hotel. Probably lovely in the summer, but we've stayed end October and it was too cold to swim. Also, the barrier of the top to the bunk bed was not at all secured, and my son fell of the bed. Breakfast was great
