Walkable to the train station which, make it very convenient whether you want to go downtown Milan or Lake Como. All the staff were friendly and very accommodating. Wonderful spa that was also included with the stay. Neither the indoor nor outdoor hot tub/jacuzzi was open which was very disappointing. You must have a car if you plan on exploring any other ares of Lake Lugano.
