9.4/10 Exceptional! (572 reviews)
Incredibly rude staff. I speak Italian well and understand Italian extremely well yet the staff insisted on speaking English to me even though I spoke Italian to them. Do they not underlie care how rude this is?

8.6/10 Excellent! (369 reviews)
Great location in the Galleria. Overall, OK hotel, but not a 5 star property. Lobby and common areas were small and average finishes and quality. Room was ok, but small and not a luxury room at all, even though we upgraded to a room with a balcony overlooking the inside of the Galleria. Breakfast was OK but not included.
Overall, not a bad hotel, but NOT a 5 star property or experience.

"This is a very good choice for forte dei Marmi - an easy 15 minute walk along the promenade with very nice beach clubs opposite as well as a small but very well maintained pool and beautiful grounds and lounge areas inside and out All staff really welcoming and helpful with recommendations and all ..."
