9.2/10 Wonderful! (377 reviews)
This hotel is fabulous! The attention to detail is what sets it apart. I travelled with my 7 year old daughter and she was very happy to be seen and catered for. She had her own small bed, welcome treats and gifts (Heidi is safely in South Africa) and amenities. We had late lunch at the Bar (the langoustine pasta is so good!)
The location is great! You can walk to most of the attractions like St Peter’s Cathedral, Old Town, Lake Geneva and great shopping across the river on Rue du Rhône.
This was ranked top out of 4 hotels which we stayed in on our European vacation. I highly recommend this hotel.

10/10 Exceptional! (2 reviews)
Beautiful, quiet setting. Wonderful staff that helped answer our questions. Parking was included which was a great bonus. The kitchen was well equipped and we chose to have available delivery for breakfast . All was to the highest standards. The bed was comfortable and our room had black and blinds making it easy to get a great night's rest. Great views too. There are several markets within walking distance. Not to mention a nice trail to walk. We will return.

"Great find with great views! The quadruple room is actually 2 connecting rooms 😊 with its own bathroom. Comfortable beds, decent-sized bathroom with a modern rain shower and handheld shower. The buffet breakfast was good value for its price considering the food prices in restaurants. The lady at ..."
