Wonderful breakfast! Rooms were nice, but one of the reasons we booked here with the higher prices was the spa. It was not very extensive and is open only limited hours, where it doesn’t leave you much time to get a bit to eat after check in, and then use the spa. Disappointed in the hours of the spa. Open until at least 9pm would be helpful

AMAZING!!!
It was absolutely amazing. Very family friendly. Great locations. Staff went above and beyond. Little touches made all the difference. Breakfast was the best we had in all of Switzerland. This hotel is highly recommended

Amazing stay
Amazing hotel and we opted for the mountain view which had the best view of the Matterhorn - especially at night. Obviously this depends on whether its clear or not. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great stay!
Our stay at Europe Hotel and Spa was beyond our expectations. All do the staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure our stay was great. The rooms were large, modern and comfortable and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bar area downstairs was also very cozy and the drinks were great!

Nice and clean hotel. Renovated room with contemporary settings. Helpful and friendly front desk. Very good breakfast with lots of fruits. The only thing is that VIP benefits promised were omitted

Great Boutique Welness Hotel
New/renovated rooms and spa area. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Staff accommodating with train station transfer with mini car included. Restaurant on site was good value with changing daily menu and very good breakfast. Ski stations were 10-15 minutes walking distance but taxis and bus available.

The owner(Ruddy) on the premises daily and made sure to come and say hello and ask how your stay was going, and even upgraded my room at no added expense. Buffet breakfast was the best I have ever had and they have a complimentary shuttle to Tasch. Absolutely top shelve, I would highly recommended

This was the cutest little hotel! The room was spotless and the staff was so friendly. They even called us a taxi back to the train station (since we had to leave before the hotel shuttle started) and they paid for the taxi! We loved this hotel and had the most pleasant experience!

I couldn't be happier with Europe Hotel & Spa. First of all, the location was perfect for me. Just two blocks away from the main shopping street and the action - I prefer a more quiet location - but still in the middle of everything. There were restaurants and shopping just steps away from the hotel, but on a quieter street. The location was also halfway between the Gonergrat Rail and the Matterhorn Express gondolas - so just over all everything was in a convenient walking distance. The room had a spectacular view of the Matterhorn with a nice sized deck to relax on. Again, the quieter location provided a beautiful, peaceful setting. The room itself was spacious and the design was very modern, yet cozy. For the very reasonable price I paid - I was very impressed. The staff was friendly and helpful. From making appointments for a massage (great!) to the breakfast service (awesome big tasty selection) to tips around town. I will certainly be back.

最上階の部屋で子供用の小さいベッドが屋根裏に設置されていて子供達は大変気に入っていました。 また、マッターホルンを見える川の側なので朝焼けのマッターホルンもすぐに見に行けて良かったです。

The design double room we stayed was very clean, nice and tidy. Bathroom was wonderful. The Matterhorn could be seen both at the balcony of our room and in the restaurant.

Incredible view of the Matterhorn even from the soaking tub. That’s the level of thought that they put into the design of the room. Exceptionally clean, beautiful relaxed and relaxing boutique hotel with friendly staff and easy transit to/from the rail station. Will absolutely return and can recommend wholeheartedly.

We stayed there with 2 kids. Staffs are warm and friendly, comfortable room and nice breakfast with nice view. We left one kid’s pullover in the room and the staff immediately informed by email and suggested the way how to deliver. Although it seems like a little bit thing but showed they are caring which is out of our expectation. I will definately recommended it to my friends.

Quiet Gem
Great hotel room. Spacious, quiet, warm, with the best bathroom I have experienced in a hotel. Staff are very friendly. Even the hotel bar was a nice place to be, and enough people to create a nice atmosphere. Breakfast was also good. Easy walking distance to everything in town including the train station and the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise express.

Wonderful choice in Zermatt
Great hotel with super design - all sheep-themed. The Spa is very nice with brand news Saunas and Steam Rooms and a large Jacuzzi-type pool: very relaxing! The breakfast selection was extensive, the bed very comfy. Will come here again!
