The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was amazing. There was some construction going on when we visited but our room was fully renovated and very nice.

It came with a local transportation card, which was a great value. Breakfast was very good and loved the Latte Macchiato and boiled eggs. Staff was very friendly and front desk helped us get taxi on time in the morning. All of these made it worthwhile despite of the room condition being outdated.

GREAT STAY
Very nice hotel in a perfect location. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and very modern. The breakfast buffet was great! What a variety of food and something for everyone's taste. It was superb. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was wonderful very polite and accommodating needed to stay extra nt and they made it happen. Stayed in 105 4 people fit very comfortable with full kitchen and balcony good breakfast and highly recommend pizza. Best part of stay the staff is amazing

Room was tiny with a very uncomfortable bed and only one pillow. There was no stand for my suitcase which had to be left on the floor. I tried to call down to reception but there was no directory and no numbers worked so there's no point in having a phone. The TV didn't work and the printed channel list had no channels in English. They are trading off the St. Moritz location and name but offering a disgusting product - overpriced and significantly under-delivered.

Simple clean rooms
The hotel rooms are nothing special but they are clean. The breakfast buffet is good. This hotel is good if you don't have a car because the bus stops stops right in front of the hotel and can take you directly to the train station. Two grocery stores and many restaurants in the area.

No proper car pick up/drop off access to lobby, need to park car at supermarket nearby and walk up stairs to get to lobby. Receptionist that checked us in was unfriendly and rude, behaved unwilling to help with our questions on figuring how to unload luggages and when we cant find our room. Our room was weirdly in the stairway corner and room access was by traditional key (not key card), room was not locked when we arrived. The room although clean was very dark, lack of proper lighting, giving out one night stand kind of vibe. Overall, this property is definitely overpriced, there are other more car and family/ couple friendly hotels with lower price in the area

Good hotel in a good location
Great SPA. Large room. We booked a room with mountain view but we were given a room with no view instead. One of the beds was broken, but the staff managed to (temporarily) fix it, as the hotel was fully booked. The hotel was a bit difficult to find, as there is no prominent sign at the entrance.

Comfortable and spacious.
The hotel room was comfortable and clean. The staff are very nice and helpful. We asked for extra pillows and they gave us nice tempurpedic ones. Our room was spacious, and clean and had 1&1/2 bathrooms with heated floors. The room was a little hot and we were not able to control the heat so we left the window open. It’s close to a supermarket. It’s an uphill walk to St. Moritz or an easy bus ride.

IT WILL DROP OFF AND YOU'LL PAY AT THE FRONT DESK.* My stay here was one night between trains and for that it was OK. It was raining so I took a cab to an from the train station, but there is a bus stop right next to the hotel. The front desk was courteous and I noticed that she was being very helpful to some guests with business email problems. She led me to the elevator that's through a door down a hall turn left into a dark room. The automatic lights come on and look left. There were no directing signs so I'd never have found it. The room was clean and the bed comfortable enough, but when I walked in the room the closet shook and the metal hangers rattled. This was from the bubbling tile, not from an unsafe floor. There was no room, hotel, or city information of any kind in the room - not even a phone number to call the front desk. They blamed this on covid, but this is the first hotel I've been in that wasn't able to have this information available. Breakfast was good. In the bar don't sit on the long high cushioned bench. When you try to get down the cushion will flip up and throw you off balance. I saw this happen to more than one person. If I had another one night stay I might stay here again, but for longer I'd probably look for something else.

The entire staff was exceptionally helpful at the Hotel Piz after I fell and broke my hand.I would give this Hotel a 5 Star Rating for Service!They all went out of their way to make me comfortable during a 2 month stay.The hotel is centrally located,bus stop is right outside the entrance,and a transportation card was provided for the Engadin villages and all ski lifts.The bahnhof is only 8min away by bus.The breakfast is fresh and varied,and they provided my special request of soy milk and bananas everyday.Dinner is also delicious.Room seri vice is Excellent and the entire property is very clean.This is an extremely well priced hotel for St Moritz and i would happily stay here again.

Several pluses 4 property, don’t expect 2B spoiled
There are pros abs cons to this property. First, do not take taxi’s to this property, take the bus. Taxi was 21CHF for a 3 min ride. Check-in was smooth, but the elevator is not in an intuitive place/no signs. Clerk stated down the hallway, but you also need to turn left and the lights will eventually come on. You will think you are going into a service area. I recommend better signage. My room key looked like an A. There is A floor, however the lift button would not work. Went back down stairs to clarify the room number. The manager, I believe, stated to me “Now what?” Not my fault the 1 looked like an A. The last number was a 1 and the two characters did not look the same. As for the room, The sheets were scratchy. I don’t know why. Room is basic, but functional. Clean, but no frills. The balcony is nice. Would I stay here again? Yes, but only because I know the drill now. Buses are very easy to get from this location. Very close to shopping. It’s more centrally located than one might realize. 3.5/4 star property, Several pluses for this property, but don’t expect to be spoiled.

Nice Hotel close to transportation
We arrived by train to St Moritz. At the train station, we took the local transit to the hotel. The bus was conveniently located and we were able to transport all our luggage on the bus. The hotel is approxately 10-15 minutes from the train station by bus. When we checked in, the front desk clerk was very friendly and was able to provide information regarding St Moritz. The restaurant was quite large and there was a bar located in the hotel. We chose to eat there. The food was very good and the service was friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. As we only stayed one night, the checkout the next morning was prompt and the clerk courteous providing us with information about the bus schedule back to the train station. The only disappointment was that the shops close early in the evening. We arrived in St Moritz at 5:00 and by the time we arrived at the hotel, checked in and ventured out for a walk the shops were closed. I would recommend this hotel.

Offered Free Public Transport Pass for each patron
Good size room and no complaint. Although there is no air-cond, it is acceptable given the weather. Not quite sure if it ever got very hot in St. Moritz.
