Bedroom 1 (160x200 bed) with private shower room and toilet. Upstairs, bedroom 2 (160x200 bed + 2 single beds), bathroom with shower and toilet, bedroom 3 (160X200 bed). Via a second staircase from the entrance, bedroom 4 (160x200 bed) with shower room and toilet. View of the beaches from all rooms. Baby equipment on request. Underfloor heating (heat pump). All charges included. Sheets and towels provided. Cleaning service at an additional cost. Private unfenced garden. 2 Terraces. Garden furniture. Deckchairs. Barbecue. Parking. Deckchairs. GR223 on site. With its 180° panorama, this unique property offers superb views of this vast wilderness, sometimes filled with water during high tides, and sometimes occupied by cows or sheep in the summer. Sabrina, the owner, fell in love with this remarkable location and undertook a complete renovation of this vast residence. By utilizing as many windows as possible, she showcased the views possible from throughout the house, such as the incredible bathroom and its XXL skylights that make washing a moment of communion with nature! The spacious rooms and two terraces will allow your family to enjoy this enchanting interlude. The GR223 passes at the foot of the terrace and invites you to reach the wonderful site of Pointe du Grouin Sud (2km) and its view of Mont St-Michel and its bay. A large lawned area is a delight for children who want to play outside.
