Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. WLAN sowie Satelliten TV sind verfügbar. Positiv ist auch, dass jedes Schlafzimmer eine eigene Toilette nebst Dusche hat. Kommen wir zur Unterkunft. Ich drücke es mal so aus. Wenn man anspruchslos ist und keinen Wert auf eine "nette" Unterkunft hat, ist man hier goldrichtig. Sie ist sehr einfach und spartanisch eingerichtet. Wohlfühlatmosphäre kam bei uns leider nicht auf. Wenn jemand nur übernachten möchte kann ich sie weiterempfehlen. Een hele afdeling voor onszelf met vier wc en drie douches. vriendelijk ontvangst, maar net als veel bezoekers, hadden wij ook moeite het te vinden. Het is uggl bij Uttendorf. Wel mooi uitzicht op de berg. Het is een echte bio boerderij dus er wordt milieu vriendelijk met het afval omgegaan. Goede les voor onze afvalberg. Er waren kittens en een jonge pup, wat voor onze kinderen heel leuk was. En wij hadden een Salburgerlandcard genomen. Tja waar zal ik beginnen. Heerlijke omgeving dicht in de buurt van de Kitzsteinhoorn dus volop mogelijkheden om te skiën. Dan t huis, positief zijn de 3 grote slaapkamers met elk een eigen douche en toilet. Een heerlijk balkon met fraai uitzicht. Nu de minder goede kanten, 1 klein handdoekje per persoon dus neem zelf nog wat badlinnen mee. 2 kleine keukens welke aan weerszijde van de woning zijn gehuisvest. Keuken zonder afzuigkap en erg gedateerd met oude en slechte pannen. De banken vallen trouwens bijna uit elkaar zo ook 1 van de bedden. Een smalle trap naar de 2e verdieping dus zorg dat jd goed ter been bent. Het afsluiten van de verdieping gebeurt onder aan de trap. Wel verstandig om te doen want op de 3e dag stond de demente oma van de familie ineens in onze slaapkamer om te gaan douchen en te slapen. Niet zo plezierig kan ik wel zeggen. De bewoners zijn zeker hartelijk maar missen de kleine dingen die een verblijf wat confertabeler maken. Een rolletje toiletpapier wat afwasmiddel en wat meer theedoeken zouden fit al wat veraangenamen. We hebben al heel wat woningen van Belvilla bezocht maar dit was zeker voor t geld de minste. Zonde dus. Het was tij ... Wij hadden ons winterverblijf in uttendorf, althans dat dachten we. Het was tijdens de kerstweek. De geboekte vakantiewoning lag een paar km verderop , vooral een stuk hoger gelegen en dan nog op de tweede verdieping van een boerderij. Gelukkig lag er op het smalle toegangsweggetje geen sneeuw, anders zijn sneeuwkettingen beslist noodzakelijk. De vriendelijke verhuurster wachtte ons al op en omdat zij met haar gezin en oma in de boerderij op verdieping 1 en begane grond 0woonden, zagen wij de familie iedere dag regelmatig. De vakantiewonig bestaat uit 3 grote slaapkamers, elk met een badkamertje voorzien van douche wastafel en toilet. Verder zijn er 2 niet al te grote keukens waarvan wij er een als zitkamer hadden ingericht door er een slaapbank neer te zetten die als bank gebruikt werd. Nederlanders zitten s.avonds graag lekker onderuit zo ook wij met ons gezin van 8 volwassenen en 3 kinderen, waarvoor in deze woning juist genoeg plaats was. Helaas geen wifi. De ligging is zeer mooi tussen Mittersill en Zell am see met mooie , wel dure, skigebieden (skiegebied kitbuhel en zell am see-kaprun). Het was een echte oostenrijkse zolderverdieping, toch wel stoffig, veel hout met een groot balkon op het zuiden.
