Love this hotel. Good location to get to the University. Staff is amazing. Rooms are perfect - large, clean comfortable. Hotel is quiet. Showers are great. There isn't a lot for dining right around it but free parking and close to university is a huge plus.

The staff was great. Our room was very nice. But when we moved the chair to watch tv we found crumbs and papers and an old cookie. Our bed was a little too soft and pillows need to be replaced. We enjoyed the big windows and looking out. Very nice restaurant up the street called phoebe’s . All in all a pleasant weekend stay. A&C

Day we left we emptied the refrigerator. Our sandwiches we frozen as well as our milk grapes and strawberries. I reported it to the front desk for them to check the temp of fridge. We will not stay there again.

We loved the old world charm of the Parkview. It is conveniently located and priced fairly. Spencer at the front desk provided top notch customer service. The coffee and water service in the lobby all day long was a very nice touch. Our room was clean but did have a couple visible stains on the carpet that would be an easy fix. A light bulb was out in the bathroom and front desk had someone replace it quickly. A little more attention to those minor details would be appreciated. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Syracuse!

Cute older style hotel. Very spacious. We did walk from The Landmark Theater to our hotel which about a 15 minute walk and felt very safe. The hotel was clean and comfortable! Not much in the way of food delivery around that area everything closed before 9pm. It was a nice place.

The location is very convenient and there is free off-street parking. The young person at the front desk was very nice. However, the place is in need of some love. I paid 166.80 for a double room for one night for myself and a friend. There was paint peeling from the bathroom ceiling and what appeared to be mold on one wall. The room was pretty clean and the beds were okay. The whole place is just a bit tired.

The staff was very friendly, approachable and helpful. Everything is in easy reach and replenished. Although a small boutique hotel, it has everything one needs and is affordable. Surprisingly, the gym is excellent - larger and better equipped than in most larger hotels! My only one suggestion - the rooms are quite large but the TV is on the smaller side, and a bit hard to see all the way from the beds. Otherwise excellent and I would stay there again.
