"This was a great choice for our Tokyo stay! I went into it knowing the rooms would be small, and to my suprise the rooms were a little bigger than I expected! Also, the beds are raised so you can fit luggage underneath! We fit 2 carry on sized bags and 1 medium checked bag with no issues. The bathroom is very compact but still very functional. You get fresh towels/robes/cups/toothbrushes/etc every day. Check in was really easy with staff there to help right away, and check out was easy to extend (for a fee) and was done by just putting our room keys in a box! The area is really quiet, and is a close walk to a subway line and JR line. There aren't many elevators so sometimes you have to wait, but I didn't find myself waiting more than 10 min if i had to. They also will store your luggage if need be. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!"

"I cannot say enough about how great this hotel is. First, I lost my 1 caret diamond earring in the restaurant and a staff member turned it in as soon as it was found so it was returned to me. The room was so clean daily and the staff was so accommodating and kind. The bartender was awesome. It was across the street from the subway for easy transportation.
