It is a great place for families and convenient to many places in Sweden via public transportation. Hotel employees are all very kind. Free breakfast is very nice but they never changed up the buffet offerings all week. Dinner restaurant is good but again, would like to at least have a daily special on the menu to change things up for those staying a week or longer.

Very convenient location. Good breakfast buffet with many options, including those that accommodate food allergies. You must request housecleaning however and I missed that in the fine print. My garbage was overflowing and I ran out of towels. You must call down for housecleaning before 11 pm if you want cleaning the next day.

My wife make a booking mistake. 15 minutes after we realize it’s wrong month, should be May 3rd(Not April 3rd) I try to work with hotel manager to change correct day but it’s not approve because hotel policy..!

Hotel is very nice, overall we were satisfied, but the bed is disaster, for couples. It consists of 2 single beds that are not connected, and 2 persons cannot sleep easily, there.

-The laday who checked us in only gave us the keys to the room. She even didn’t tell us how to get to the room. Or about the services, wifi, restaurant, etc. very naive. - the shampoo was broken in the bathroom -the soffa bad had lots of metals under it which made it hard to walk around it. The kids had some accidents with these metal things. - we stayed there for 3 nights and there was no cleaning during this time, even the towels were not changed. As the kids went to the swimming pool once and we needed fresh yowels, but had to use the same ones during the stay. - technically swimming pool was not usable. We chose this hotel because of the pool , since we have two kids. But the swimming pool water was dirty. Sounded like they had not cleaned the pool for a while.so after the first very disappointing use, we decided not to go to the pool at all.first use, we

I am sorry that the check in procedure was not to your satisfaction, off course will we adress this. Service and information is at the most important in these days, as well as a clean and safe hotel for you. Reagrding the cleaning , during the pandemic we are not cleaning the room as a standard, as you were informed via the information sheet provided at check-in we kindly ask you to tell us if and when you want the room cleaned. The pool area are cleaned during the day several times per day and the pool itself has a self cleaning system and we measures the PH and water regulary as well. But off course I will adress this to our technical department to overlook their routines and improve if neccesary. Awesome courtyard and great views!
We booked the stay to celebrate the new year. We got a room on 18th floor facing the central city parts, this was excellent and according to our request. The kids loved the swimming pool and we the exotic courtyard decoration with palms and bar. Friendly bar personnel and handy with children! Except minor hiccups with the elevators, the stay was awsome!! Fantastic view of the fireworks after midnight!

Everything is good except the steak(ryggbeef) at the restaurant. I used to order this every time i stay in the hotel but this time is really miserable. It was cold, not tasty and with bad sauce. Please improve this.

Don’t expect to get your room cleaned only if you request that by yourself. No one will bring towels to your room as you have to go downstairs and pick up towels from the reception. No fridge or even bottle of water in our room neither a coffee machine and by the way you have to pay for a coffee in this hotel. Swimming poor area freezing. Sauna was not working. The room was freezing cold.

I admire the Environmental initiative they have taken, that during your stay your room is only cleaned on request, I hope long term that a portion of the savings are passed on to the cutomer.

This hotel has no AC and no room service. They also don’t clean your room nor change your towels every day. There is green and there is cheap, this hotel was cheap. The restaurant service and food was horrible.

Scandic has, as part of its environmental work, decided to stop cleaning rooms were guests are staying two or three nights and by doing so decrease the effect on the environmental. Pros: The hotel was great, staff were friendly and there was parking. Hotel meals dinner was very good. Cons: Parking was expensive between 10-6 on weekdays, but free on weekends. Breakfast was ok.. but you have to come early as the fruit runs out and the waffles take a while to prepare and the queues are long. No decent coffee inside hotel.

The Scandic hotel in Infracity was really a mix of good and not-so-good. First the good: the reception staff was great, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and had everything you’d ever want in a breakfast. What wasn’t so good: no AC in the rooms. Our room was incredibly hot and the windows are locked so no air circulation at all. We borrowed a fan from the front desk and bought another one from the neighboring Bauhaus store just to make it bearable. I could not imagine staying there in the summer since the room is at least 5 degrees C warmer than outside. The other concern was that they really seem to be trying to contain labor costs and it showed up in two areas: one was that our hall floor had trash that was not picked up during our five days, and we never saw a cleaning crew. The other was that on Sunday evening the poor bartender was trying to serve 25-30 people eating dinner while still serving drinks in another area of the lobby. We found out they only had three people working: the cook, the person washing dishes and the bartender who was supposed to take care of all customers in both the dinner area and the bar. The result of course was less than ideal customer service because the bartender couldn’t be in two places at once. That’s about it from our five day stay at the hotel.
